A beautiful route planned for a 6-hour trip (with breaks, of course). Along the way you will have some nice downhills and a few climbs. I suggest taking the direction of Kroscienko - so that the uphill towards Czorsztyn is done first (350m over 7km) - then downhill to Czorsztyn and a rest at the castle. The return driveway (125m over 2.7km) and a long way down to the end of the lake. Then uphill to Falsztyn (125m over 3km) and already "downhill" to the end. Niedzica Castle and the dam like a resting point. Then towards the Red Monastery and a beautiful scenic route along the Dunajec River to Szczawnica itself. Here you should not set yourself up for too fast a ride (at least in high season) because people...e walk around and pretend they don't see you coming.... I advise against the route with children due to the share of main roads on the route. However, apart from this small inconvenience, the route is really beautiful and worth a visit.
