A very interesting and not too difficult route. We leave Kroscienko and take the main road towards Krosnica, where we bounce to the driveway up Niedzica. It is about 4 km long, but not terribly difficult. Then we face a long descent to the dam. Just after it we turn left, towards the border. We cross it and go about 1 km straight, then at the first intersection we turn left. After a couple of turns and one hill we enter the Red Monastery, where there is, as the name says - an interesting monastery. It is really worth a look there. Probably the best part of the route lies ahead. We enter a beaten, gravel road, which leads us all the time along the Dunajec River. The surroundings are really beautiful, three...ba drive there to see everything with your own eyes. The route is about 10 km long, and is closed to cars. Instead, we watch out for pedestrians and other cyclists. We leave already in Poland, in Szczawnica, from where we take the main road back to Kroscienko.

    The route traveled once again, this time with a small change, I passed Grywałd, and visited Czorsztyn, I recommend to see the ruins of the castle.

    SUPER TRACK. I have two comments. 1.To go in the opposite direction ie. Kroscienko-Sromowce-Niedzica- boat ride under the Czorsztynski castle- krosnica-Kroscienko. 2.Add a crossingKnot boat from niedzica to Czorsztyn. Note the road on the section Krosnica - kroscienko very busy - no shoulders.

    Super route, on the way suggests in the Red Monastery over the footbridge to Sromowce Niżne because it is worth a moment's stop at the Three Crowns.
