Łapsze Wyżne - Łapszanka - Velka Frankova

As the beginning of the loop I chose Kacwin from where through Niedzica and Łapsze Niżne we get to Łapsze Wyżne. Here, next to the church we turn left heading for Łapszanka. We reach the top, from where there is a beautiful panorama of the Tatra Mountains. Here we turn left towards the Slovakian Osturnia. The section between Lapszanka and Osturnia (which is not visible on satellite images) has recently been poured with fresh asphalt. At the same time, it is a very steep (for asphalt) descent. At the end of the descent we turn left and go to Vielka Frankova. Here, even before reaching the "center", we turn left onto the road made of concrete slabs and continue straight on the off-road route to reach Kacwin.....

  Difficulty routes

  We drove this route in the opposite direction: Łapsze Wyżne, Niżne, direction to Vlk. Frankova ii rebound to Ostunia. Then Lapszanka and back to Lapsze Wyżne. We parkedWe near the church. Super route, but two comments: the drive up to Łapszanka -murderous (women and children had to lead the bikes out a bit). Beautiful view of the Tatras from Łapszanka, so note 2, remember to turn to Łapsze Wyżne (by the shrine). It is quite easy to get lost and then you will end up in Rzepiska and the route gets long.
