We start in Nowy Sacz going towards Krynica. We start climbing already in Frycowa, the hardest mountain is Krzyzowka the road quite nice. Downhill to Krynica. Stop beautiful town very touristy. We go further to Muszyna road once uphill once downhill. Close to the Polish-Slovakian border is separated only by the Poprad River. We continue towards Piwniczna medication uphill then downhill. All the way to Nowy Sacz. The route is 100 KM difficult with one uphill on which racers of Tour De Polonge (Krzyżówka)....

It was a mountain ... 110 km dokadnie on the counter. Beautiful weather and return along the Poprad River. The route is worth recommending.
