Krakow - Czestochowa

I started my route by getting to Czestochowa by car, since I live at a considerable distance from the Jurassic Mountain region riding the entire route by bicycle would have taken much longer than I had planned. After reaching Czestochowa, I boarded a passenger train with the possibility of carrying bicycles, from Czestochowa Osobowa to Krakow Glowny, which departs at 5.21 a.m. and arrives in Krakow at 8.10 a.m. The journey through Krakow-Czestochowa Jura can be covered by the Jurassic Eagle's Nests Bicycle Trail, however, this trail bypasses Ojcowski National Park. In order to see it, I chose the Eagle's Nests Pedestrian Trail, which in Cracow starts from Łokietka Street, it is relatively close to the Main Railway Station also there was no problem with finding it. This trail...At the very beginning it leads along hard roads and with passing there is no problem places where, according to my map, they led through forests and where they could be difficult to pass, and it would not affect the attractiveness of the tour I simply avoided. Although there were very few such places. After reaching Ojcow we headed to the town of Olkusz where on the way we will pass the Maceuga Herkulesa, and the Castle in Piaskowa Skala. Before Olkusz we turn right and follow the trail to the ruins of the castle in Rabsztyn. From this point we follow the red Jurassic Trail of the Eagles' Nests, the trail is quite well marked and visible to the cyclist, although there are places where it is worth looking at the map, and the best is a map with Jura Krakowsko-Czestochowska with all its trails. Keeping to this trail we pass the villages of Cieślin, Bydlin (here we pass the Castle in Bydlin), Smoleń (the Castle in Smoleń), and we reach the village of Podzamcze where we have the opportunity to see the magnificent ruins of Ogrodzieniec Castle. In this village I stopped for the night where there is a lot of accommodation and without much searching you can find a pretty nice room with a bathroom for 25 PLN. On the second day we take off on the road, and start by entering Birów Mountain from where there is a beautiful panorama. Keeping to the trail we drive through the villages: Bzow Karlin, Skarżyce where, after passing them, we drive past Morsko Castle, Morsko, Włodowice, Myszków. In this village I decided to leave the red trail, because according to my map it leads mostly through forests, and entered the green bicycle trail, which led me along quiet roads through the villages of Żarki, Jaroszów, Suliszowice where the green and red trails meet.Further on to Czestochowa itself we ride the red trail where it ends, passing the ruins of Olsztyn Castle on the way.
