This was my second such bicycle trip. Compared to the first one (where we mainly rode on asphalt), this route was terribly difficult. On the road we met a mass of greatch people who also had the same goal as us. After leaving Swinoujscie into the forest bike roads, we were shocked that such sandy trails are designated as bicycle routes. With heavy panniers and narrow tires it was practically impossible to ride. We thought it was just the beginning that was so discouraging - but as it turned out later it was NOT, BECAUSE IT WILL BE BETTER! After Łazy, the navigation led us straight between Lake Bukowo and the sea. It turned out that the road was impassable, mega-sandy and finally ended. We were forced to walk along the beach. As it turned out later (when, after three hours of marching along the empty beach with heavy bikes, we finally found some house) we were not the only ones who fall into this trap. Apparently, every day tired cyclists leave this beach. Kluki is some kind of failure. How could there be a bicycle trail there at all?Another two hours of driving the bike because the trail was impassable. Up to the knees in mud and the bikes were fit for cleaning because it was impossible to ride them. The route was tragic. I am very happy that the weather was good for me, the whole week was about 25 degrees, no rain, perfect for biking and tenting. In a week I managed to ride this tragic route. For beginners, I do not recommend it.
~scaryjary • 09.07.2018How to ride from Jaroslawiec to Ustka because there are marked bicycle paths there, but everywhere military areas and do not allow you to pass through
Tomasz Czemiel • 07.07.2018Hi, is anyone planning to take this route around the beginning of August e.g. 06/08/2018?

piotrch436 • 25.07.2017I intend to drive the route Swinoujscie - Gdynia from Saturday 29.07.2017 to Sunday 06.07.2017. The purpose of this trip is to see the lighthouses of the Polish coast. Exitazd in 06.31 from Gdynia, in Swinoujscie 13.48, we go under the lighthouse and then on the road, we drive a day about 50 km, accommodation in tents or lodges, as of today 2 willing....
piotrch436 • 25.07.2017This year (2017) the second time with a modification of Szczecin-Swinoujscie (on the German side) - and further on the standard, small runs of 50-70km per day. Timeframe July 21c - 6 August. Accommodation in a tent.
Petreus1978 • 14.06.2017I rode this route twice in 2015. It was my first bike trip at all, I had never ridden a bike before. I bought a bike and was taken by it. The route of Świnoujście - Hel I drove for quite a long time because almost three weeks, and this is because I had time, I was not in a hurry anywhere, more than that I do not like to drive in the rain so I extended stays in rented rooms. After returning home I did not stay there long / two weeks / I packed my luggage and set off on a new route Hel - Swinoujscie. This time the weather was nicer and I drove for two weeks. I like this route so much that I drove it in September last year 2016. This time I drove from Gdansk to Wejherowo and then to Swinoujscie skipping Hel. The trip lasted a week. In 2017 I am planning the route Szczecin - Dziwnówek - Hel - Gdansk - Warsaw let's hope the weather is good. I have edited 3 videos from previous trips.
Lamush • 26.02.2017PS-Greetings to the team from Tri-City, the road (not necessarily life ;) ) was great :)
Petreus1978 • 01.10.2016The weather was good, therefore 6 days. Swamps in Kluki funny (I genuinely laughed to myself), but the sands on the route to Leba gave me a hard time (too thin opony too heavy a load). For a trekking bike with panniers, many sections can be critical (the rack of the crossover with merida panniers quite visibly battered after the trip). I chose the route randomly meandering between the R-10 and the red coastal trail. Lighthouses passed :)
Petreus1978 • 01.10.2016I expected a better route
Jacek78 • 01.09.2016I am leaving with a friend on 28.08.2016 from Kolobrzeg to Hel
Jacek78 • 23.08.2016I am going on August 27 from Swinoujscie, is anyone going on a similar date?
Petreus1978 • 12.08.2016I just returned with my wife from a similar bicycle trip, just along the R-10 route "Along the Baltic Sea" from Swinoujscie to Hel, along the way visiting 13 of the 15 Polish lighthouses.I invite you to a comprehensive report from our perspective along with photos on my blog I have just returned with my wife from a similar bicycle trip, just along the R-10 "Along the Baltic Sea" route from Swinoujscie to Hel, along the way visiting 13 of the 15 Polish lighthouses. ~lukasz.porebski • 10.08.2016Super adventure. Basically 90% of the route on bike paths, more or less like bike paths :P. Cobblestones, swamps, crowds of people, but it was worth it.Recommended!
~tomczyk.agn • 31.08.2015A super adventure from Gdynia to Hel and Hel to Niechorze with stops and accommodations in seaside resorts. It came out almost 500km in 5 days!I didn't suggest the route of the R10 because it is lessThere are other more interesting trails that also lead to the destination.I recommend a map bought at the seaside< Baltic Coast publisher Bik.There are all the routes.Much more to write about, it was great, the most memorable part of the section from Leba to Rows through Gac Izbice no and Kluki! for crazy people I recommend a route impassable for bicycles [, so it is marked] to Kluki only 1.5 km, preferably when it rains and chases storm like me.Good luck.
manix • 20.08.2015Is anyone going maybe like this at the end of July?
manix • 08.05.2015My dream is also to drive the whole coast, but I do not really have with whom:(but not for racing:) at least some stage, explore also.Maybe someone on the May weekend will go.iera?
~justik23 • 29.03.2015I am planning only so the end of July, maybe some advice?I am riding an enduro bike.
manix • 25.02.2015I, too, together with my cousin, drove this route during the long June weekend (Corpus Christi). Due to the limited time (5 days) we tried to stick to the "asphalt". The route is napradę super, only in the vicinity of Leba (famous Kluki and marshes) we went further away from the sea. The best bike paths (and therefore the most pleasant experience) are around Kolobrzeg and Hel. From Hel if it runs you can take the water streetcar to Gdansk.
Maciej Kula • 26.11.2014You need to pay close attention to the R-10. route markings, you can sometimes get lost.
thorek • 17.08.2014super route from Swinoujscie all the way to Hel, sometimes through former military training grounds but zato impressions amazing.
thorek • 17.08.2014Sometimes uphill but overall nice road R-10
Grzegorz Kowalski • 17.08.2014Super route. Although poorly marked route in places.
On the saddle • 12.08.2014They won't let go through the Military Unit in Mrzezyno, but there is already a commissioned bike path bypassing the Military Unit from the south. Greetings Andrew
~felek7.kol • 22.07.2014I served in the command of the Wicko training ground. There is a chance to drive, I know these areas very well I was a driver.Next year I plan to drive this route and knowing life forrisks through the training ground. It all depends on whether maneuvers will take place . ps. managed to ride a bike , walk and even drive a car I often had duty there so I know what I'm saying. Patrols are rare and mostly guarding the beach . And you can always explain that you drove into some forest path .Of course, I do not urge anyone to write only that there is a chance ;-) A lot may have changed since 98.
finta • 18.11.2013I drove this route this year with my wife as the only or few we drove through the training ground I knew the way because I had been to the training ground we entered through a hole in the fence nie was maneuvering so no one turned us back it took us 6 days 440 km I recommend the route r10 by chance
jack1 • 25.10.2013In reality, the route was slightly different. The trail can be downloaded: http://www.gpsies.com/map.do?fileId=wtyjljwidkpvzkqt
mirak • 22.07.2013It worked. It took two weeks without rushing. Difficult only because of the length. Quite a few formerly unpassable sections were easily overcome after the newly designatedch routes. in general, we almost entirely stuck to the R-10. I took notes, so maybe I can write a report on the route.
mirak • 20.08.2012no one has yet managed to walk along the beach between Jarosławiec and Ustka, the area of the military training ground, completely closed, Lake Wicko must be bypassed
emte • 09.11.2011much to write, in general, except for the poorly marked R10 in several places and at times poor pavement and the lack of an alternative road, you can honestly recommend the route. My permala less than two weeks at ease and ended unfortunately in Leba due to terrible weather:(
cockroach • 16.07.2011This route I drove, all the way to Gdansk. A trip along the Polish coast was my dream.
