Around Lake Charzykowskie

We start at the traffic circle in the town of Charzykowy lying on the southern shore of Lake Charzykowskie. This is a typical resort town, full of tourists in the summer. From the only traffic circle in this village we go north on the asphalt towards the small village of Stary Młyn and further along the eastern shore of the lake. Actually, we are driving through the forest all the time, so we can freely stop and go down to the lake shore. After the village of Bachorze, a forest road bounces to the right and there is a prominent gate marking "National Park - Bory Tucholskie". Here you can go to the right. You will reach the mighty Bartuś oak tree and there you should take the blue and green hiking trail to the left. You will leave in Maly Swornychgaci..... If you choose not to go through the National Park continue on the asphalt, which will lead you to the mentioned village. Then continue between the lakes and behind them turn left to the green bicycle trail, which is accompanied by a yellow hiking trail. Riding on this trail, we first cross the Chocina river and then the Brda River and leave on the asphalt road connecting Konarzyny and Chojnice. We turn left on it in the direction of Chojnice and by the gas station (on the right) we turn left and take the asphalt to the starting point. There we finish our tour. The ride is sensational. There is little car traffic (except for the section of the Konarzyny - Chojnice road where traffic can be heavy). Beautiful forests, an attractive lake where we can bathe, in Charzykowy itself along the lake there is a bike path, which is worth a ride. I recommend!

• Hi. In order to shorten the drive along the busy and pothole-ridden route to Bytow, I recommend turning right after Freedom onto a gravel road. On it you reach Kopernica, and then drive dAbout the intersections with the route already marked on the map. Greetings :)
