Minsk Mazowiecki - Kolbiel - Gora Kalwaria

Start - Minsk Mazowiecki, direction to Kolbiel. Personally, I recommend taking the road through Cielechowizna, Grabina, Dabrowa, Zalesie due to less car traffic. When you reach Zalesie turn right to Kolbiel. In the village of Kosminy we turn left (second gravel forest road). After some time we reach the village of Glupianka (asphalt road), there we continue straight to Wola Sufczynska. Then we turn right, passing the railroad crossing. The road continues straight to Kolbiela. When we pass the village of Kolbiel, we enter a traffic circle, on the traffic circle we take the second exit (national 50), direction to Gora Kalwaria. After about a kilometer we can turn to the village of Cz³ekówka, thanks to which we can pass a piece of busy road. When we leave ...We rejoin the main road to Góra Kalwaria and head straight ahead. This section is not so strenuous, but the traffic of large samohods makes itself felt. After reaching and passing the Vistula River, we have to leave the road at the first exit to the left (the old road to the river crossing), we head along the dykes until we reach the fruit orchards themselves, where we have to turn right (red trail). We go straight through the orchards until we reach the very castle in Czersk-the goal of our trip. The entrance ticket to the castle costs four zlotys, and you can leave your bike at the ticket office (there is a rack). The rest of the way is the way back home. You can choose the same route or take the road through the city - Gora Kalwaria. Remember to turn right at the traffic circle in Góra Kalwaria to Minsk Mazowiecki - Meta. PS. When we get back to Kolbiela we can return home along the road as we came (i.e. Wola Sufczyńska, Glupianka, Podgórno, Kosminy, Zalesie, Dabrowa, Grabina, Cielechowizna) or continue along the national fifty to Minsk itself remembering that this section of the road is particularly unfriendly to cyclists.

  • We invite you to Czersk castle especially in May this year. There are special discounts for cyclists. In May, blooming fruit trees are beautifully presented. On May 10-11 I will holdWill take place within the castle walls VI Tournament of Knights at the Court of Konrad Mazowiecki. Returning in Góra Kalwaria, you can eat Czerlotka cake. The sweetness of Czersk land (Karpatka patisserie, Szymanscy patisserie). To get to Czersk from Warsaw, we suggest using the Nadwiślański Cycling Trail. More about the route on the website of our project: Kraina Jeziorki. To return, for example, along the Chojnowski Bicycle Trail see Arkadiusz Association of Municipalities and Districts of the Jeziorka River Basin Kraina Jeziorki. Paradise for Cyclists
