QUANTITY OF PLACES AND EQUIPMENT - MOUNTAIN HOUSES - The cottage has the possibility of booking for up to 9 people. At the same time, for a group of 4-5 people the cottage is ideal, for 6-7 people is optimal, and 8-9 people stay is already optional. A detailed description of the equipment can be found below. OUTDOOR SPACE
SMALL EQUIPMENT - The standard of equipment is typical of a hotel, there are towels in the bathroom, pool towels, beds have dressed linens, dishwasher tablets, liquid soap, dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, cleaning accessories including a vacuum cleaner.
BASEN - available from May until the end of the warm summer days outdoor outdoor swimming pool 4x8m and 100cm deep with a view mainly for children, but also for adults. The water is heated in the pool with special panels that collect the sun's rays, and the water temperature depends on the amount of sunshine.
SMALL CHILDREN - It is possible to order for small children, a bath tub, a potty, a toilet overlay, a stepstool, a travel crib and a feeding chair.
PUPILS - are welcome, assuming they can accept the new place in a way that does not disturb other guests, are not let loose without direct supervision in the resort and the toilet is cleaned by the owners. We limit the number of pets at the resort. There is no additional charge for pets. Arrival with a pet requires prior notification.
KUCHNIA -. is fully equipped with small appliances - induction cooktop, 2 burners, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, coffee machine, as well as tableware for up to 9 people (cutlery, plates, glasses, glasses, pots, pans, dishwasher tablets, etc.).
WEDNESDAYS - Optionally, it is possible to purchase breakfast in the guesthouse, which can also be delivered to the cottage. However, please determine with the staff whether we are able to fulfill the order at the time.
SUMMER TERRACE - Directly from the kitchen area you can access the summer terrace. If the rainy weather does not cooperate, there is also a covered terrace at the front of the building or a spacious balcony on the first floor.
GRILL - At the disposal of guests at the cottage there is a large barbecue for the exclusive use of each cottage, and barbecue accessories in the kitchen.
SUMMARY - A small river flows through the resort area in a rapid stream.
CHIMNEY - For colder evenings, a semi-automatic fireplace is available, so that anyone with the push of a button can light it without problems. The fireplace is powered by Eco pellets - compressed sawdust. By default, the fireplace contains 15kg of pellets, if there was a need for more you can make a request to the resort staff.
HOT BARREL / RUSSIAN BANYA - The ideal solution for spending an evening is a fantastically relaxing Russian banya, the effect of which is similar to the sauna, with the difference that in water with a temperature of 38st.C the pleasure lasts 1-2h-3h, instead of 5-15 min as in the sauna. Due to the long process of heating 3000 liters of water, it is required to report the preparation at least 8h before the planned use. We prepare the banya on individual order of guests and this is associated with an additional fee.
SAUNA - For those who think they will get cold using the Russian banya there is a Finnish sauna to warm up in the winter evenings and beyond. The sauna is located outside in the form of an overturned barrel standing over the stream with a huge viewing window of 200 cm in diameter overlooking the stream. We prepare the sauna on individual request of guests and there is an additional fee.
DRYING ROOM FOR SKIERS/SPORTSMEN - During winter sports as well as summer sports - boots, gloves, hats need drying. A special room is prepared for our athletes to dry their equipment.
INTERNET - WiFi High-speed (ORANGE - fiber optic up to 900Mb) and free wireless Internet is available throughout the facility.
LEAGUE - In order to make comfortable use of the surrounding green area, deck chairs are available to guests.
FIRE & GARDEN - In a large area belonging to the cottages and the guesthouse (for shared use) you will find a fireplace with a barbecue shelter with tables for about 20 people and a large concrete barbecue.
PLAYGROUND For the youngest there is a playground with four swings, a mini climbing rock, two slides and a fitness module.
VOLLEYBALL COURT - For the youngest and a little older there is a volleyball and badminton court available. Ball and pick-up sticks are available at the reception of the guesthouse.
parking and access - Just off the asphalt road a parking lot is prepared for a large number of cars. A gently sloping asphalt road leads to the guesthouse, where any car with two-wheel drive should be able to cope.
ENERGY CHARGE - Is billed on the day of check-out according to consumption according to TAURON tariff. On average for a 7 night stay the price will be from 25 - 150 PLN. The shorter the stay the lower the amount.
ECOLOGY & HEATING - The entire property is illuminated by LED bulbs, so that the power consumption of a single point does not exceed 5W! Thermal insulation is at the level of a passive house, and the control of the temperature in the rooms is carried out through an electronic thermostat, which, combined with an ecological source as fuel in the fireplace, allows you to call the house ecological.
