The main elevation of the Giant Mountains is Śnieżna (1602 m above sea level), a must for every stay in this place. The Karkonosze Mountains are the highest mountain range of the Sudetes covering an area of nearly 650 km2. The incredible charm of this land is created by various rock formations, of which there are nearly 150. Most of them are associated with unusual legends. Pilgrim, Sheep Depots, Bird's Nest, Cuckoo Rocks, Kittens are only a few hills that are the destination of tourist trips. Fairytale climate of the land is formed by waterfalls, among others Kamieńczyk Waterfall, Szklarki Waterfall, rivers as well as post-glacial lakes, Wielki Staw and Mały Staw. The incredible richness of nature led to the creation in 1959 of the Karkonoski Landscape Park, which delights nature lovers. Accommodation offered in almost every corner allows you to find your place on earth in the Giant Mountains.
