1868 Starke & Hoffmann by LC rooms & apartments is an adaptation of a historic office building located in the industrial park complex, once owned by the Jelenia Góra Optical Works. The building was put into use in 1925, and housed the management and administration of Eisengießerei und Maschinenbau-Anßtalt Starke & Hoffmann, which was founded in 1868. In order to emphasize the historical significance of the building, we decided to give it a name referring to the names of the first owners. The adaptation included some of the rooms, which we converted into apartments and studios. The building retains the original window woodwork from the early 20th century, as well as numerous details that highlight the character of this historic place.
Accommodations have been prepared according to the standards of LC rooms & apartments. All rooms offered have their own kitchenette with equipment to prepare hot meals. The living area has a dining table and a dressing table / work area. Private bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers. Rooms have double beds and sofa beds.
