Hello,
offers you for rent two newly built 6-person holiday cottages (year-round) with fireplace . The cottages are located in Ustjanowa Górna, a beautiful and quiet area, just outside the winter capital of Podkarpacie - Ustrzyki Dolne.
Price per night (for the entire cottage):
- BN holidays, New Year's Eve, May Day (rent for min. 5 nights-nights) - 400zł,
- Winter vacations, vacations, Corpus Christi (long weekend), Easter (rent for min. 5 nights-night stay) - 380zł,
- In other months (rental for min. 2 nights-nights) - 300 PLN (negotiable).
***in the facility, in addition to the accommodation fee, a tourist tax of PLN 2 per day/per person*** is charged.
Check-in from 2:00 pm to 11:00 am.
Before making a reservation, please read the rules and regulations of the facility. Payment of the deposit also constitutes acceptance of the regulations.
WE DO NOT RENT HOUSES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS (BIRTHDAYS, BACHELOR AND BACHELORETTE PARTIES, ETC.), WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS.
Attractions:
- The "Trail of Wooden Architecture" leading from Lesko to the vicinity of Ustrzyki Dolne runs through Ustjanowa, where one can admire wooden Orthodox churches and churches,
- in the nearest area (200 m from the cottage) there are beautiful hiking trails "Zhukov to the Land of Lipetsk" (Zhukov mountain range), which starts in Ustjanowa and leads all the way to Lutowiska,
- Nature-didactic paths "On the slopes of Zhukov",
- The trail to Holica (observation tower),
- The trail to Little King,
- bike trails,
- 2 cross-country ski trails - competitive (5 km) and recreational (10 km) in the summer can be used for cycling or Nordic walking (free "cross-country" lessons from the owner).
Our cottage is a great base for trips to:
- Ustrzyki Dolne where there are many recreational and leisure centers, such as: 2 ski stations "GROMADZYŃ" (4.5km) with ski rental and "LAWORTA" (8.5km) with a chairlift and ski rental, ski lift "SMALL KING", ice rink with skate rental, Swimming Pool Complex "DELFIN" (3.5km)- outdoor and indoor pools (slides, sauna, gym, restaurant, playground, volleyball; basketball; football), Museum of the Bieszczady National Park (3km), where you can admire the flora and fauna of the park: wild forest animals, t.j. bear, wolves, foxes, bison, lynx. The Milling and Village Museum (4.5km) with a cafe and numerous pizzerias or restaurants. In the summer there is a brine graduation tower, a rope park and a skatepark and a rope park in the Park under the Oaks.
- Solina Lake - 10km - Poland's largest dammed lake with the highest dam and water recreation complex, gondola railroad and observation tower.
- Ustrzyki Górne - about 40km - an excellent base for Bieszczady trails and paths.
In the cottages we offer:
- first floor:
living room with wood-burning fireplace (wood for the fireplace included in the price of the cottage), sofa with sleeping function (bedding), Internet TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchenette (two-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, sandwich toaster, waffle iron, cutlery, dishes, pots, coffee, tea, spices, kitchen paper, cleaning products), bathroom with shower and toilet (clothes dryer, towels for everyone, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, hair dryer, iron).
- Floor:
1. room with balcony + balcony furniture, two single beds (bedding) and bedside lamps,
2. a room with a double bed (bedding), a night lamp and a corner for reading, playing and relaxing.
Facilities for children:
- Travel crib (bedding),

In addition, at the disposal of guests:
- Place for barbecue and campfire + shed,
