Spacious, all-year-round highland-style house in a beautifully located area, in the picturesque village of Tylmanowa - 10 km from Szczawnica, 100 km from Krakow.

We invite you to relax in a comfortable and stylish house with an unforgettable atmosphere, located 200 m from the Dunajec River at the foot of the Gorce Mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, in a fenced area, surrounded by greenery.

The entire house and the adjacent fenced area for the exclusive use of our guests. Peace, quiet, beautiful views.

Location

There are 6 bedrooms - 1 four-bedroom suite with its own bathroom and balcony, 3 double bedrooms with twin beds and balconies and two attic rooms, 3 and 4 beds.

On the first floor there is a kitchen along with a dining room and living room with an atmospheric fireplace. The large wooden dining table will accommodate everyone. From the room there is direct access to the terraces surrounding the house.
The house is equipped with everything necessary for a large group of people.

On the lowest floor there is a large, beautiful billiard room with a fireplace and access to the terrace. It is an ideal place for parties together. The room is equipped with a billiard table, a collector's model of Flipper Indiana Johnes (everyone's favorite pastime - both big and small) and a professional sound and karaoke set. Use of the room is subject to an additional fee.

In winter the house is heated by a maintenance-free stove, which guarantees warmth even in the coldest frosts. Smoking in the fireplace, therefore, is a pleasure for our guests, not a necessity :)

The house is surrounded by extensive terraces with beautiful views of the forest and mountains.
There are wooden tables and benches, a barbecue and a fire pit.

Our mountain cottage is located in a remote area, surrounded by a wooded hill and meadows. The internal access road ends at the house. The closest neighbors are 3 adorable sheep grazing in a nearby meadow.

Pets are welcome in our house. The fee for a dog is 50 zl.
