Janów Lubelski - Porytowe Wzgórze

This is a very popular bicycle route, and for good reason. At the traffic circle, taking the main Zamoyski street from the northwest direction, go straight ahead. A little over a kilometer we will have a paved road, further on a forest road begins. The route leads through a landscape park, this fact alone makes it very attractive:) There is quite a nice, wide road, nothing to do but to speed. So about 15km. Then the paved road begins to us. As soon as we get on it, I suggest turning into the road to the right, making more than 90 degrees. We are in Wladyslawowo:) however, take it easy, it's a bit to the sea from here. Here we will have a somewhat potholed, albeit asphalt surface. After about 5 km there will be an intersection where we go....To the right. All the time we naturally move in the forest. After another few kilometers we will have the opportunity to turn right first to the village of Flisy, then straight to the locality. Cegielnia. However, I suggest you keep to the left side of the road(but only figuratively!!). I shaped the route this way so that we would have the opportunity to pass through the village of Szklarnia, where there is a beautiful nature reserve of the same name. As for the road, if we have had enough, we turn right in Szklarnia, where the road already leads straight to Janow - we will leave at the traffic circle from which we started, but from a different direction. If we don't have enough, we can, of course, turn left in Szklarni in the western direction and head in the direction of Łążek Ordynacki, from which we will also easily reach Janów. For my part, that's it, I strongly encourage you.

The Janov Road may have once functioned, but today it seems to have ceased to exist. This means that already at the beginning of the route after entering the forest, wanting to go straight, it becomes to virtually impossible. The road is torn up by tractors, all it takes is a little rain and it becomes virtually impassable. After a few hundred meters you reach a waterlogged section of the road, which perhaps becomes accessible for quads, but not for bicycles. It may be an area for hardcore bikers, but I tried to cross it on a trek and had to retreat :-(.

Nice route but you can take a more interesting route through the forest.
