The resort has numerous attractions for children and adults, the main one being 2 heated swimming pools, a private swimming lake with a beach area and a water slide, a playground, a playground.

As the only resort in the Bieszczady Mountains we have swimming pools with HEATED WATER and in the cottages television with channels Canal+ and more than 12 channels with cartoons.

AT THE RESORT:

At the resort we have a relaxation and sports area, which includes :

• Two outdoor pools, one for swimming 12 x 6 m, the other is a wading pool for children with a depth of 60 cm. BOTH pools with heated water, by the pools sunbeds and umbrellas.
• A large natural swimming area with a water slide for older children,
• A well-equipped playground m.i.n with a large trampoline, several swings, a sandbox, slides and a merry-go-round,
• A court with artificial turf for volleyball and badminton,
• ping pong table,

DESCRIPTION OF COTTAGE FACILITIES:

Bunkhouses consist of a covered terrace, living room with sofa bed or corner sofa, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms on the first floor : one bedroom 4 persons ( 1 x double bed, 2 x single bed), the second bedroom 3 persons ( 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed).

Single-storey cottages consist of a terrace, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and one bedroom for 4 persons ( 1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed ).

Cottages in the Comfort version have a TV min. 38 inches with Canal+ TV package, free and stable WiFi, kitchen equipped with 4-burner gas stove, microwave and full-size refrigerator with freezer.

Cottages in De Lux version have a TV min. 48 inches with full Canal+ TV package and free access to Netflix, Primevideo and Showtime. The kitchen is additionally equipped with an electric oven and a pressure coffee maker. The De Lux bungalow is also equipped with an automatic washing machine, an iron with board and a laundry dryer.

VIP version cottage has a 50-inch SMART TV with a full Canal+ TV package and free access to Netflix, Primevideo and Showtime. The kitchen is additionally equipped with a dishwasher and an automatic coffee maker with a grinder. The bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub. The VIP cottage has a large, double L-shaped terrace with a hanging hammock chair. It is the last cottage in the row, bordered on one side by the forest, providing the greatest privacy and comfort.

All cottages have automatic, maintenance-free fireplaces with a fire visible behind the glass.

For discerning guests looking for luxury and spacious interiors, we recommend our Residence.

It consists of the first floor, where there is a 36m2 living room with access to the terrace, a spa area consisting of an infrared sauna and a large Jacuzzi tub. On the first floor there is also a toilet and a kitchen with an island and access to the banquet room.

The first floor of the residence consists of 3 independent bedrooms and a bathroom. The residence has air conditioning.

Residence Facilities :

* The living room has a corner sofa and coffee tables and an 82-inch TV with a full package of Canal+, Netflix, Prime Video and Showtime.

* SPA ZONE is two interconnected rooms, which houses an infrared sauna and in the other a Jacuzzi tub with a system of air jets, water jets, lighting, bluetooth and a dehumidification and disinfection system. The tub is 180 x 180 cm !

*The kitchen is equipped with an island, 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice cube maker, coffee maker, microwave, oven. It is equipped with a set of pots, pans and dishes and cutlery. There is also a television in the kitchen.

* The toilet on the first floor has a sink, mirror, toilet and bidet.

* The banquet hall is 65 sqm of space with tables and chairs for 12 people and plenty of room for dancing.

* Bedroom 1 has 1 king-size double bed and 2 single beds( pull-out). There are also a closet and a dresser with a TV.

* Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. It is equipped with a closet, a chest of drawers and a desk. It has skylight windows.

* Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. It is equipped with a closet, a chest of drawers and a desk.

* The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, shower stall and washing machine.

* On the terrace there is a table and chairs for 12 people and a gas grill.

* A wood-fired loggia accommodating up to 6 people is located next to the terrace.

Numerous winter attractions for children and adults m.i.n. horse-drawn sleigh rides, our own sledding hill and our own ice rink, bags of hay and a tire to go down, a snowmobile ride.

Access to the resort itself is via a snow-covered asphalt road (no need for chains).

There is a large, lighted gazebo on site, where we can light an inclusive bonfire in the evening.

There is a playground and a ping pong table available for children and teenagers, and a swimming area on warm days.
