Wysowa Zdroj is a town with a great location - located in the mid-mountain valley of the Ropa River, surrounded by the densely forested hills of the Hanczowskie Mountains with long, narrow ridges, which are covered with old fir and beech forests. Such surroundings definitely encourage walking and make Wysowa a place with a unique and valuable microclimate. 1. Take a trip in the mountains.
   The forest surroundings of the village undoubtedly provide opportunities for numerous excursions. You can go cycling or walking among these picturesque areas. The routes we recommend are, for example, the one leading to Hanczowa, or the "Forest Educational Path". This route can be taken with the youngest ones, as it is a non-strenuous walk, without mountainous approaches, through which green signs on the route lead. The walking time will take you about an hour and a half. Another suggestion for exploring Wysowa Zdroj is the trail to Cigielka Pass and Mount Javor "With a view of Busov". You will walk along the green trail, then the red trail, and from the top of Yavor - along a paved road. Walking time is also about an hour and a half. For those with a bit less enthusiasm for hiking or who want a non-strenuous walk with children, we recommend the short route to the chapel below Mount Javor, which is sometimes referred to as the "Route for Everyone". It leads along the green trail and then along a paved road. The round trip time is about 80 minutes.
    
2. Relax at the Wysowa Zdroj Water Park.
   After numerous walks, take a moment to relax and recuperate. Wysowa offers a modern swimming pool complex, where you'll find a rehabilitation-recreation pool, a children's pool with a water umbrella, a spa pool - a Jacuzzi, steam and dry sauna, air beds, a wall-mounted water massage station, a foot massage, an air geyser, or a water cannon for neck massages. The place is designed in spa style, with numerous wooden accents giving a warm atmosphere, encouraging relaxation.
    
3. Visit the Wysowiańska Spa and the Pump Room.
   It is impossible not to mention the showpiece of Wysowa-Zdroj, namely the spa complexes. Several sanatoriums and a natural treatment facility, among others, await visitors. On offer are the most sophisticated forms of therapy, ranging from mineral baths to laser biostimulation and spice-inducing electrotherapy. Erected in late 2006, the pump room offers a large selection of mineral waters with a wide range of flavors and properties. A sip of water from the Jozef, František or Alexandra springs will help you gather strength for an excursion on one of the many trails and walking paths mapped out in the immediate region. Also worth a look is the renovated wooden Orthodox Church from 1779 and the salt cave at the natural cure facility.
