Krynica Zdrój (Krynica Górska) is located in the Beskid Sądecki in the Kryniczanka stream valley at the foot of Góra Parkowa, Krzyżowa and Jasiennik. The city is a center of spa and sanatorium treatment. There are numerous sanatoriums and spa hospitals, as well as wells, pump rooms and mineral water bottling plants. The village has a tourist character and is a great base in the surrounding mountains. It also attracts winter sports enthusiasts.
Skiers are especially fond of the slopes in Krynica-Słotwinach and Jaworzyna, where we can find a gondola cable car. The Ski Resort AZOTY is located in Słotwiny, offering T-bar lifts, chair-lift and routes of varying difficulty. You can also try dog sledding, and in the summer take part in canoeing trips organized by the "Czysta Frajda" recreational center. A visit to the Krynicki Rope Park and the Sankostrad exits also provide a lot of impressions.
Being on a weekend in Krynica, it is worth visiting the Nikifor Museum, a primitivist painter of Lemko origin, as well as Muddy Bathrooms and Old Mineral Baths. Noteworthy is the Orthodox church. Of the Protection of the Virgin Mary, situated on the Route of Ceramic Architecture. Near the Main Pump Room there is a concert bowl with a built-in plaque dedicated to the memory of Jan Kipura.

I cannot tell for every room, but mine was almost what I expected to get for that price, and the TV did not receive anything. W/ this regard I put 3 's for Lokalizacja, Wyposażenie and Czystość, 2 for Obsługa -- and 5 for Jakość a cena. Strongly recommended. ...less ...more
