Chrosnica is a picturesque village, located in the heart of the Kaczawskie Mountains, in the beautiful and majestic Land of Extinct Volcanoes. It is here that you will discover the magic of the New Province inn and restaurant. The restaurant is open to individual guests, and for special events. In the menu you will find a lot of traditions and regional flavors in the chef's innovative presentation. We recommend our original products: traditional cured and smoked meat, as well as homemade bread. We offer a wedding hall, a picturesque garden ideal for outdoor events, a guesthouse with 10 rooms (2-4 bedded), as well as a conference room and spaces created with children in mind, including a playroom and outdoor playground.

What stories does our building hide? Certainly many beautiful and touching moments, for it is a post-German house from 1859. The New Province has old foundations, which we have managed to save from oblivion. Although we renovated the walls and took care of the comfort of our guests, the most important thing for us is still the beauty of tradition. Therefore, as owners we have one big dream, that the further history of this place is created with your participation.
