I would like to invite you to the exclusive lease of a summer house with a detached, brick, fenced recreational house in Ługowiska on Lake Ługowskie(Szczytnowskie), Choceń commune, (Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeship), about 80 KM from Łódź, 80 km from Toruń,110 km from Bydgoszcz,25 km from Włocławek, 180 km from Warsaw.
The plot is nicely landscaped for your exclusive use. On the territory there is a comfortable garden swing with cushions, 2 deck chairs, a large mobile grill. Near the house is a cozy terrace, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, parking for cars fenced.
On the terrace there is garden furniture with cushions. Around the nice plantings of conifers, spruces, pines , but at the same time there is a place for sunbathing or playing ball (half the plot in the shade, half in the sun).
The area is level, safe, all fenced, microclimate, wildlife, peace and quiet, partial view of the lake.
To the lake, the nearest point in a straight line is about 100 meters, while to the sandy shore about 150 meters.
The plot has no direct access to the lake.
The lake is of the glacial type with super-clear water all year round and fish.
At the lake is a nice place, the shore for swimming, sunbathing, a small sandy beach, shallow, sandy entrance to the water, piers.(Public access, general).
Further away, a sandy communal beach(15 min. walk), or guarded beaches in Chodcz and Chocen.
Surrounded by meadows, further forests, mushrooms, plenty of space for hiking as well as cycling.
To the nearest store,bar is about 15 minutes walk. You can buy there besides all the groceries,cold cuts and ready meals,drinks and consume on the spot.(Actual condition in summer 2024).
In addition, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, the door-to-door store comes to the close vicinity of the plot.
Restaurants and bars are recommended in Chodecz and Chocen.
For those who want to sightsee, I suggest visiting Wloclawek, Kruszwica,Inowroclaw,Licheń, Klodawa(salt mine), Ciechocinek, Torun or the nearest climatic small towns (Chodecz, Choceń).
One-story, solid brick house with a covered terrace (90 m2).

The house consists on the first floor of a living room with a kitchen, a super new bathroom with toilet and two separate bedrooms on the first floor with a balcony(wooden ceiling).
The living room has a fireplace with fireplace insert and upstairs distribution, sofa, dresser and table.
Upstairs in each separate bedroom is a double bed with a luxurious, very comfortable mattress(by Sembella).
Utilities;water is from the municipal water supply,electricity,septic tank.
Designed for max. 5 persons.

The price is for the exclusive rental of the entire house with the plot, regardless of the number of people, with the proviso that the maximum number of people is 5.
No more than 5 people are allowed on the property and house without the knowledge of the owner.
The price is for rental for a minimum of 5 nights.
It is also possible to rent for shorter periods such as weekends(2 nights), especially outside the peak summer season.
I do not rent for any organized events.
Pets are accepted for a one-time surcharge of PLN 100.
After the initial reservation by phone, email or in person, I send the terms of reservation, rules of the house to email. A deposit must then be paid within 3 business days - failure to pay will result in cancellation of the reservation.
The remainder of the fee must be paid in advance, in cash, on the day of rental, arrival.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the landlord's compliance with the terms and conditions of the reservation and house rules.
The deposit, payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation, early departure by the landlord.
The owner undertakes to book the date, prepare, handle and meet the rental deadline.
The deposit will be returned if the rental does not take place due to the fault of the owner (breakdowns, damage to the house by forces of nature, etc.).
