• Reservations: Please make a prepayment of 30% of the cost of your stay within 2 days of booking. The remaining amount payable on arrival.
• Acceptance of pets: Yes
• No smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the cottage.
• Check-in: It begins at 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 am on the day of departure.
• Garbage Segregation: Please follow the rules of waste segregation.
• Local gastronomy: Nearby is the "MIŚ" inn serving tasty borderland cuisine and the Bieszczady Bistro restaurant. There are also a deli and several small stores in the area.

• Horseback rides and bonfire feasts: Possibility to participate in horseback rides ending with a common feast by the fire and one-day excursions in the Bieszczady Mountains organized by the Bak-Travel Baligrod office.
