Entrance to the tower not very comfortable, winding stairs, and the last meters, is almost a vertical ladder. I purchased a sword at the castle. Dad stated that a few more trips to the castles andwe will have an armory at home

From the lofty castle tower you can see the view of theA distant view of the area around Zator and Oswiecim extends to the south. If the weather is favorable, one can see the distant Beskid Mountains of Zywiecki, Slaski and Maly. The first mention of the place appears in the work of Jan Długosz, and says that the area on which the castle was erected belonged at the beginning of the 13th century to the Gryfit knightly family of Malopolska.
