I agree with aku_ - mosquitoes were not, and on a hot day there is probably no more pleasant place in the area to take shelter from the sun :) eco-buses I advise against, because the walktakes only a dozen minutes I recommend delicious soups in the clubhouse "root" :)
24.07.2014Contrary to the opinion of other tourists, there were no mosquitoes in the gorge itself, but there were places along the way where they made life miserable, so be sure to stock up on accessories for smarring the exposed parts of the body. The gorge itself looks spectacular, the protruding roots made me awestruck. I was on a rather hot day, so the shade and coolness that prevailed there were indispensable. For those who don't want to get to the place on foot, there are eco-buses. I think the price is about 10zl, but I don't know if it's one way or there and back.
08.07.2013Korzeniowy Dół is located just two kilometers from the city center. Route: market - Nadrzeczna Street - Acid Mountain - Doły - Korzeniowy Dół - Góry Drugie - Góry.First - Zamkowa Street This is not a typical ravine, but a sinkhole - the result of heavy rainfall and road construction in the loess bed. The depth of the gorge reaches 30 meters in places, and the length is about 600 meters. The fantastic tangle of roots and the specific microclimate that prevails there make you want to visit this place.
