We invite you With children at least 10 years old to Black Yachta, a house located on the Mazurian Legends Trail, on an escarpment on Lake Zywy, in the village of the same name. We don't have a sandy beach, but quite a large piece of grass where you can lie down and look at the sky.
ROOM AND ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
We have prepared for you five rooms on the first floor. In each there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a small but very well equipped kitchenette - sink, induction stove (2 fields), refrigerator, set of pots, frying pan, kettle, plates, cutlery, cups, etc... All this allows you to prepare or reheat simple meals.
Hot water comes from boilers - each room has its own. Combined with water-saving faucets, this is a solution for comfortable use of bathrooms and kitchenettes.
By design, there are, and (I don't think) will be, no TVs or wifi in the rooms.
ONE - double
A small (16 m2 minus the slant, that is, about 11m2) double room with a slant, with one window overlooking the guests' yard (but from the window you can see the lake, so if you are stubborn, you can treat it as a "room with a view"). In the room a very comfortable sofa bed (up to 140 x 200) with a spring mattress, bedside table, lamp, table, chairs, closet, lamp. We recommend it for those who do not need a lot of space or occupy another room besides it.
TWO - three-seater
A very bright (south) triple room of about 20 m2 with two windows, overlooking the neighbor's farm across the road. In the room a very comfortable sofa bed (up to 140 x 200) with a spring mattress, 90×200 bed, bedside table, lamp, table, chairs, closet, lamp.
THREE-PERSON
A very bright (south) three-bedroom with three skylight windows, overlooking the neighbor's farm across the road. Area without bevels about 16 m2. In the room a very comfortable sofa bed (up to 140 x 200) with a spring mattress, 90×200 bed, bedside table, lamp, table, chairs, closet, lamp.
Note that this room has a floor about 20 cm below the level of the corridor (that is, you have to go down one step).
FOUR - four-person
A very large (about 30 m2 without slants) four-person room with two roof windows overlooking the lake and two wall windows overlooking the hosts' yard and the neighboring house standing next door on the lake plot. The room has a very comfortable sofa bed (up to 140 x 200) with a spring mattress, 2 beds 90×200, bedside tables, lamp, table, chairs, closet, lamp.
FIVE - three-seater
Probably the most attractive room of the Black Yachty. A three-bedroom, about 20 m2, with two windows overlooking the lake. In the room a very comfortable sofa bed (up to 140 x 200) with a spring mattress, a 90×200 bed, a bedside table, a lamp, a table, chairs, a closet, a lamp.
Price: from 140 zloty per night per room.
There is no common area for you: lounge, common room, etc. Possible integration only at a barbecue or bonfire.
The house has wooden ceilings, so Guests living on the first floor are asked to bring soft house shoes (slippers, flip-flops) for walking around the house in the evening.
Smoking, the use of rubbing fire, and the use of heating devices not provided in the room are prohibited throughout the building.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA
The house stands right next to the road, but it is a "road to nowhere". The asphalt ends 500 meters away. Fewer cars pass here per day than in the city in one shift of traffic lights. When working in the fields, you're more likely to hear tractors and combines, but that's the way it is in the countryside.
The village is slowly becoming more and more touristy, so sometimes you may hear music coming from the neighborhood in the evening, but this is the exception rather than the rule.
Those who will feel comfortable here will be:
- like to spend time in peace and quiet, on a deck chair with a book or a glass of wine in hand
- like to go out in the morning for a bike ride or a walk on the surrounding dirt and forest roads, and return from it after a few hours
- like to swim on the lake in a swim, boat, or kayak
- like to get in the car and explore local attractions near and far.
- are able to spend their vacation without TV and wifi
- are able to spend time around the campfire with a guitar, not a speaker
- do not like to go on vacation in suits and elegant dresses
There are none in the village of Live:
- store (the nearest one in Możdżany - 3 km, the larger one in Kruklanki - 10 km), but a detour with basic articles arrives every day
- church
- bar
- pharmacies
- restaurants
- bus stop
Instead, there are friendly Neighbors, nice views, a stork's nest, cranes over the hill, stars in the lake and an outdoor gym at the community beach. A white heron arrives as a guest.
We provide the place - you organize your time yourself. On the 4,000 m2 property: by a barbecue or bonfire, or lying on the grass by the lake, or on a deck chair, or playing volleyball or badminton There is something for everyone in the area, too. We have not prepared any attractions for children, but we are sure that they will have an interesting time together with you.
When we are not there (that is, mostly on weekdays), the Black Yacht is watched by the Guardians. When we are, we discreetly stand a little to the side. We don't drop in for a beer, we don't invite you for a vodka, but we are always very happy to talk and answer your questions. We offer help, and all our modest Mazurian knowledge.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We invite you from the beginning of May until the end of September.
On vacations, we rent rooms for at least five days. Arrival after 4 pm on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Departure by 10 am on Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
On long weekends - for the entire long weekend.
There is no charge for final cleaning, but we ask you to wash dishes, plates and cutlery, and take leftover food from the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets.
Arrival with pets by prior arrangement.
