Willa Jasień is a comfortable holiday home in the mountains , located:

• 3 km from the center of Zwardon ,
• Near the peaks of Maly Rachowiec and Rachowiec.
• 2 km from the border with Slovakia ,
• 5 km from the S1 expressway,
• 150 m from the top station chairlift Zwardoń Ski.
• There are several well-known ski resorts: Wielka Racza, Wisła, Istebna, Koniaków, a little further - Szczyrk.
• Excellent access in the area Little Fatra and Rajecké Teplice, Slovakia (about 60 km).
• 400 m from the house is the Swojskie Klimaty inn.

We have 8 beds in 4 bedrooms Upstairs:

• 2 double rooms of 16.5 m2 with bathrooms and balconies,
• 1 3-bedroom 16.5 m2 with bathroom and balcony,
• 1 small 1-bedroom without a bathroom.
• On the first floor, in addition, a bright space for work and play.

• Dining room and kitchen - with a total area of 50 m2,

• The kitchen is fully equipped (large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, microwave, 2 coffee makers)

On level 0 is located:

The house has its own oil heating , water from its own deep-water intake, the whole area of the area. 1400 m2 Is fenced and monitored.

In the garden playground For children (2 swings, slide, trampoline, in summer a children's pool 2.0 x 1.2 m, place for bonfire, barbecue portable on wheels.

We accept individual pets.

The rental price includes bed linen (no bath towels) heating, hot and cold water, electricity, WiFi internet, parking for 3 cars Under the shelter, use of billiards, ping-pong and foosball, 1 large basket of wood for the fireplace, final cleaning.

Reservations:

• During the summer vacations and winter vacations, the house is rented for 7 nights Saturday-Saturday. Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve - rent for 5 nights (or more).
• Relevant information:

• Additional fees (optional) - use of sauna and bath, wood for the fireplace, pet fee. On arrival we charge a refundable deposit of 1000 PLN, against receipt.
• Please follow a few rules: no smoking, segregate garbage, do not walk in shoes around the house, take all your belongings from the refrigerator when leaving).
