The estate is located away from the fair hustle and bustle of the promenade in Miedzywodzie, right on the Kamienski Lagoon itself, and is ideal for those wishing to relax in the lap of nature, valuing evening silence and privacy. The beach in Miedzywodzie and the nearest restaurant is 1 km away and reachable by street or bicycle path. This is an ideal location for families with children and dogs, who want to take a quiet stroll with their dog in nature after a day at the beach, and sleep peacefully at night. The Amber Baltic golf club (5km) is also nearby. Lovers of hiking or biking will also find something for themselves, as the "House on the Dziwna" is located 10km from the Wolin National Park. The house on the Dziwna River is a unique house designed for people who like to travel in groups and value privacy. The property has been renovated and is maintained in a rustic style. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a wood-burning fireplace,and a bathroom with a large shower cubicle. The floor tiled with raw waxed terra cotta, giving a special microclimate to the room, adds to the charm. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, with wooden floors and Bavarian-style raw wood furniture. Each bedroom has the possibility of complete blackout with blinds, and the windows are fully protected with mosquito nets. The house has a garden complete with a charcoal grill, a covered table, and a sandbox for the little ones - a perfect place to relax on warm evenings. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals and feast in the garden until late at night with friends. Guests can also use a private parking space on the premises. The plot is copletely fenced. Parents traveling with children can request a crib and highchair for their child. For owners of four-legged dogs we offer the possibility of lending a kennel.
