*** 2 LUXURY YEAR-ROUND COTTAGES ***.
We would like to offer you for rent two new luxurious all-year-round cottages in Zalakowo, Kashubia, located about 300m from the Holy Lake. The cottages are located in a complex of other cottages located in the resort "Na Gwizdówce". They are stylized on the pattern of the old Slavic village, with half-timbered buildings. Each cottage is made of brick with an area of about 80m2, has 2 bathrooms, a living room with kitchenette and fireplace and 3 bedrooms for 8 people. At the lake there is a pier, sandy beach, water equipment rental and a restaurant/bar (open in the summer season). We offer 2 identical cottages, which are about 20m from each other. Both are detached and fenced on separate plots of land of about 300-350m2 for the use of cottage guests only. On the premises there is a parking space for 2 cars, patio furniture, garden furniture under a sliding pavilion and a barbecue area.
An additional advantage is the distance from the sea! You can get to Gdansk (60km) or Leba (50km) by car in about an hour.
The cottages are heated. There is an air conditioner optimized for heating in the living room, a fireplace with warm air distribution to all rooms and electric heaters in the bedrooms.

*** HIGH STANDARD ***
On the first floor are:
1) Bedroom for 2 people
2) Bathroom with toilet and shower
3) Living room with kitchenette equipped with: fireplace with heat distribution throughout the cottage, sofa, table and chairs, TV, mini tower with bluetooth,
4) Fully equipped kitchen in the kitchenette: fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, mixer, sandwich maker, Tchibo pour-over and capsule coffee maker, pots, pan, plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery, glassware % :)

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there are:
1) Bedroom for 4 people
2) Bedroom for 2 people
3) Bathroom with toilet, shower stall and washing machine
(+ bowl, dryer, laundry detergent, fabric softener, iron, ironing board, hair dryer)

The plot provides 2 parking spaces, a concrete barbecue, 4 deck chairs.
For wheelchair users, we offer a ramp to move from the terrace to the garden - level difference of about 15cm.

Our cottage is child-friendly. We have:
1) trampoline
2) Travel bed + mattress, comforter, pillow, bedding, blanket
3) a table and 2 chairs
4) feeding chair
5) a bath tub
6) children's books
7) fairy tales, songs, lullabies to listen to on CD
8) not far from the cottage within sight of the terrace is a tennis court with a concrete surface and a fenced grass soccer field. The field is mostly empty also children have somewhere to run after a ball under the supervision of adults.

*** NEIGHBORHOOD ***
The distance to the lake is about 300m. At the lake there are: a pier, sandy beach, water equipment rental, restaurant/bar where they serve dinner and drinks ;) , bowling alley(2 lanes), billiards, table football and a small playground for children. You can also try wakeboarding by sliding on the water using a special board and holding on to a rope hooked to a lift.

Nearest gastronomy:
1) a restaurant/bar by the lake about 300m from the cottages (open daily in the summer season and on weekends in May and September)
2) restaurants and pizzerias in Sierakowice-7km.

The nearest ABC grocery store in Skrzeszew and Palubice is about 1km away. For larger purchases one should go to Sierakowice, 7km away, where there are many larger stores including Lidl, Biedronka, among others.

The cottage is located in the Kashubian Landscape Park, also you will not miss forests, lakes, nature reserves, trails: canoeing, hiking, biking and Nordic Walking. We provide tourist guides in 3 languages (Polish, English, German). For more details, I refer you to the following links:

3. the possibility of renting a sailboat on the neighboring Kamieniecki Lake. The two lakes are connected by a several-hundred-meter-long river.

4. On the Holy Lake and the Bukovina River you can fish with a fishing card without additional permits and fees.
5. in the area plenty of forests for amateur mushroom pickers.

*** RENTAL ***
The cost of renting the entire cottage starts at about 400 zł per day, but is ultimately determined depending on the date, number of days and people.

The reservation is conditional on payment of a deposit of 40%, with the remainder payable no later than the day of arrival. In addition, 500 zloty refundable deposit after taking delivery of the cottage and finding no damage. The amount for the stay plus the deposit payable by bank transfer before arrival, and access to the cottage is transferred remotely - I send a code to the door.
In the absence of damage, the deposit will be returned within 3 days of the guests' departure to the account from which the transfer came.

A set of bedding, towel, chemicals for the kitchen and bathroom, internet, parking for 2 cars, one allotment of wood for the fireplace, electricity and water are included in the price.

We do not rent for 1 night and for noisy events such as bachelor parties, team building events, etc.
We do not rent for weekends during the holiday season!
During the holiday season, rentals only for weekly stays from weekend to weekend.
Check-in/check-out 16:00/11:00

We accept small pets at no extra charge provided they do not cause damage and upon prior notification. Damage caused by pets will be charged to the owners. It is also your responsibility to clean up after your pets and to make sure they do not annoy other guests at the resort.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottage. For smokers there is an ashtray on the terrace.
