Those who wish to receive an invoice for the stay (named, or for the company) are required to send the invoice data to the e-mail before making the payment

A security deposit of 500 PLN must be paid at the time of accommodation for possible damages. If there are no damages, the security deposit is 100% refundable when returning the apartment.
During the accommodation, you must present an identity document with a photo, fill out a registration card and pay a local fee of PLN 2 per person per day, which is collected by the Zakopane City Hall, on whose behalf we are collectors.

Failure to inform the reception of the change of plans and failure to appear in the building on the day of arrival by 22:00 is tantamount to cancellation of the reservation.
For the benefit of all guests, curfew is in force from 22:00 ? 06:00 a.m. The behavior of guests should not disturb the peace of others. Persons disturbing the peace, under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, etc., behaving loudly or aggressively, violating the peace and welfare of neighbors and not adhering to the generally applicable standards of coexistence between people reserve the right to terminate the room / apartment immediately without refund of fees paid.

Check-in begins from 16:00 on the day of arrival and lasts until 10:00 on the day of departure.
Check in to the apartment is possible from 16:00 to 20:00. There is the possibility of earlier arrival, but this requires confirmation by phone or e-mail. For arrival between 22:00 and 08:00 in the morning there is an additional fee of 100 PLN. Check-out from the apartment is at 10:00 a.m. We allow check-out from 08:00 to 10:00 a.m. or later, but it requires prior arrangement and confirmation of such possibility. Check-out before 08:00 will incur an additional fee of 100 PLN.
The Forster House facility is a brick and timber facility and for fire protection reasons, the use of open flames in any form, as well as electrical or gas appliances that are not on the property's equipment is strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to bring flammable, explosive materials, etc. Smoking in the facility is prohibited (it is possible to smoke in specially designated places on balconies or outside the building).
We kindly ask guests to bring slippers with soft soles for walking around the apartment.
Possession of valuables over 5000 PLN must be reported at the time of accommodation and must be deposited with the resident for the duration of the stay. Failure to comply with the deposit will exempt the facility from liability.
Items left in the rooms / building and (with no request for return, or storage) will be disposed of within 7 days after departure.
We allow you to leave your car on the premises. Each apartment is entitled to one parking space for a passenger car. Parking of an additional car should be arranged in advance. Parking is free, unguarded and is for cars only.
The sauna, which is located in the facility, is turned on at the request of the tourist for a given hour (predetermined) and is for ?his? exclusive use during this time. The desire to use the sauna must be notified at least. 2-3 hours in advance. Sauna is an additional fee of 30 PLN per person per hour.
The fire in the fireplace can burn only when the fireplace door is tightly closed. When burning in the fireplace, at least one window should be opened to allow air in, in order to maintain proper air circulation. Wood for the fireplace can be ordered before arrival at the property or during accommodation. A basket of wood is priced at 30zl. The fireplace can be used only after purchasing wood at the reception.
In winter, during the snow on the roads, we recommend having ?winter chains? for the wheels.
