- studio for 3-5 people - two rooms connected by a sliding door with a private bathroom (towels and hair dryer available), wifi, two TVs and a small annex: refrigerator, kettle and microwave.

The house additionally offers two fully equipped kitchenettes shared by guests, a dining room, a living room, a room with a ping pong and foosball table, a children's corner.
We offer free parking, children's playground, barbecue and fire pit (wood available).

Nearby (5 min. walk) there are grocery stores, an inn and two bus stops (city bus No. 14 and buses), at a distance of 10 minutes walk there is a chairlift Harenda (you can take it on the route to Gubalowka).

The local fee is included in the price.
