Unfortunately, our apartment was not cleaned, I do not know what happened in the room because on one side there were fresh towels thrown on the bed and discarded trash from the trash can, while on the other side the bedding was ...and dirty, in the cupboard with plates moldy orange and old croissants, on the carpet the same hair as in the bedding ... the lady manager was supposed to reward us somehow the first night in a dirty room while we received nothing, neither a refund for the first night or any other benefit. We simply got the room cleaned again on the second day of our stay. Before arrival we received information that paid parking is unmasked a few meters from the apartment, while in the ad it is written that there is parking and not a word that it is not for the apartment but somewhere else paid. In addition, pillows hard so that it is impossible to sleep. From the positives that can be mentioned is a quiet neighborhood, close to Krupowki, quite nice kitchen equipment like dish liquid or cloth to the countertop where you can't find it everywhere. If it were not for the fact that we received a dirty room the rating would have been better, because the rooms are nice and undamaged, but the distaste remained.

Parking lot for regional buses is only 100 meters from a ...It is an ideal starting point for trips to the Thermal Baths, Morskie Oko, Gubałówka and many other places. The sensational solution is to issue keys to the apartments at different times, even at night. Apartments maintained in impeccable cleanliness,. Entering the room you can feel a pleasant smell. Very good value for money. The apartments are kept impeccably clean, the staff is friendly and efficient. In addition to the great location, it is worth mentioning the well-equipped annexes ...h kitchen. Despite the lack of private parking we managed to find a free parking space for a few days about 100m from the apartments. All in all a big plus:)

We were accommodated ahead of schedule without a problem (our apartment was free the day before check-in and we contacted the staff in advance to request w ...Checking in earlier) for which a big plus because we were tired after a long trip. The apartment is very clean, close to the center, grocery store just around the corner and a supermarket, breakfast 50 m from the apartments, an annex perfectly equipped for our needs during our stay. Big plus for the heating which we could regulate ourselves. Low price. 10/10!
I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Upon arrival we found dirty rooms, unwashed dust, no clean bedding (!) and unwashed cutlery and plates in the kitchen. In the room, to our horror, we also found a worn ...condom behind the radiator, which clearly shows that the staff of these "apartments" have a great aversion to cleaning. A major inconvenience was also the lack of parking for parking a car. However, all this I would be able to put up with. After all, why spoil your dream holiday in the mountains. The magic of my bitterness was poured over by the very rude staff of this establishment. We had to wait for the lady for more than half an hour in the cold before she graciously deigned to come and bring us the keys.Needless to say, we had previously made two appointments for a certain time. Of course, there was no question of any apology, when I pointed this out, she replied briefly - "Well, what to do, such a city". When asked if she would invoice us, she announced that there was no problem. She took all the data needed to issue it, while so far we can not get it. It's been 2 months since our stay, and we haven't heard or seen the invoice. I have called this woman several times and each time there is a different version - and it's the accountant who didn't make it, and it's the boss who is supposed to arrange it, and it's she who doesn't deal with it. It is extremely galling that a person cannot get an invoice for a service despite strenuous requests. With the above in mind, I strongly advise against it!

I booked one of the apartments on booking with a note that I needed two separate beds. On site it turned out that the bed is a double. The owner stated that she does not read what she eats ...st written in the additional wishes that it is the fault of the portal, she did not offer me a mattress and absolutely refused to cancel the reservation. It's been a long time since I encountered such carelessness about the customer. I would strongly advise against it.

We spent a week at the Brzozowa Apartments. Location good; close to the train station; grocery stores and restaurants. It's a 10-minute walk to the krupowki area. We rated the equipment of the apartments as good; ...In the room kettle, fridge, annexe, etc (as in the description).Rooms clean, neat and conceptually decorated. On the other hand, not everything was as exquisite as it seemed...In Brzozowa we were guests during the winter holidays and to our amazement every day ( and especially in the morning) we had a FLOOD IN THE ROOM, due to condensation from the windows, which was the surface of one wall. And what followed? fungus along the window frame and in the year( not a very pleasant view). Also, I want to warn you that Brzozowa apartments DO NOT HAVE PARKING! Despite assurances from staff that you can park along the road is nonsense. To our misfortune we got a ticket.... About 50 m away was an unguarded parking lot paid 2 PLN / h. This was our most expensive parking in LIFE !
