DESCRIPTION:
The location of the building "Kamyczek" is in the immediate vicinity of the Slavic and Viking settlement (800 m) - JOMSBORG and the beautiful historic town of WOLIN, where there are restaurants and stores (950 m).

The entire property is 2,500 square meters and is completely fenced. On the property there are: 1x owner's apartment building and 1x "SAGA" building + several parking spaces and a common meadow for playing with an area of 800m2.

The price does not include:
Laundry: use of an automatic washing machine - PLN 20 per wash cycle (powder and rinse aid included)
FIREPLACE: cost PLN 50 (wheelbarrow of wood) price includes: wood, sausage roasting sticks, kindling.
