Location

The house is located in the village of Wapiersk in Masuria, 5 km. from the tourist town of Lidzbark. In the village there is a small lake, about 200 meters from the plot, there is also a small bathing area, but it is more suitable for boating, fishing, water cycling, rather than for swimming. The house is located on a large plot of 3300 m. There is also a host house on the plot.

Home furnishings

The house is wooden, is 80 meters long, is one-story with a usable attic. On the first floor is the living area, which consists of a living room combined with a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, all dishes and utensils necessary for preparing meals. In the living room, the sofa has a fold-out sleeping place for 2 people. But it is basically an alternative, because the night part is on the floor. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace. In addition, on the first floor there is a hall and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of them has 1 double bed (master bedroom) of 160 by 200 cm. The second bedroom has 3 single beds, 90 by 200 cm. We also have a baby crib. WIFI in the house and garden.

Facility equipment

There is a large area of 3000 meters, shared with the other house (the owner lives in the area). The equipment includes garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, 2 bicycles for adults and 1 for a child, hammock, garden swing, trampoline, frame pool set up in the summer. In the area there is a place and a net to play handball or badmington, a place for a bonfire and a large supply of brushwood in the price. On cloudy days in the house you can play darts and ping pong. In addition, the possibility of renting a pedal boat or an ice boat about 400 meters (paid extra). From the living room you can go to the terrace, which overlooks the surrounding area, you can see quite a wide panorama of forests, fields. The terrace is located on the south side, so it is sunny all day long. The house has its own solar panels for heating water and a second source of water heating in case of lack of sunshine on cloudy days.

To the lake about 200 meters, to the forest about 100 m. To the well-stocked grocery store is approx. 150 meters. On the opposite side of the street, about 30 m. there is a school playground and a playground. Within a radius of up to 5 km. There are several other lakes with bathing beaches, especially Lidzbark. In Lidzbark there is a large guarded municipal bathing area, a beach with slides and rental of tourist equipment. Through the town flows the first class cleanness of the river Wel, which organizes canoeing trips. The nearest town with beautiful tourist attractions - Lidzbark is 5 km away, Olsztyn - the capital of Warmia and Mazury is 80 km away, Gdansk and Warsaw (the nearest airports) are 170 km away. To the bus stop about 300 meters. To the nearest railway station in Dzialdowo communicating with Warsaw, Gdansk (airports) and the rest of the country is 30 km. The village of Wapiersk is located on the territory of two landscape parks, Welski and Gorznienisko-Lidzbarski, in the neighboring village Jelen there is a museum of the Welski Landscape Park.
