We offer you rooms for 2, 3, 4 and 5 people with bathrooms in the Pension "SAWA" in Ustron Morski. Our facility is located in close proximity to the sea (about 10min. walk) and just 300m to the center.
REGULATIONS
ACCOMMODATION RENTAL ELIZABETH URBANSKA.
WE WILL VALUE YOUR COOPERATION IN COMPLYING WITH THESE REGULATIONS,
WHICH IS DESIGNED TO ENSURE A PEACEFUL AND SAFE STAY FOR OUR GUESTS.
1.Guests can use the parking lot on the property free of charge.
2.A playground is available for children. For the behavior and safety of children on the premises
responsibility is borne by their parents or guardians.
3.There is a barbecue and a kitchen with equipment.
Please keep it neat and clean /each time you use it you are obliged to
cleaning up after themselves/.
4.Smoking is prohibited in the facility /rooms, bathrooms, kitchen/ and segregation of garbage.
Please dispose of plastics in a special container set up next to the trash garbage cans.
5.The room is rented for the day. The day begins at 3 pm and ends at 10 am.
6.The payment for the reserved stay is collected in advance.
7.Guests may not transfer the room to others, even if the period for which they have paid the fee has not expired
charges.
8.The price of the room does not include its cleaning during the stay of guests in it.
9.At the end of the stay, the room should be left clean and the bedding removed.
10.The guest should notify the landlord of the occurrence of damage as soon as it is discovered.
11.The behavior of guests and visitors should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests.
The landlord may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.
12.The facility has a curfew from 11 pm to 7 am the following day.
13.The guest is financially responsible for any kind of damage or destruction
items of equipment and technical devices of the room and on the entire premises arising from its
fault or the fault of his visitors.
14.Visitors to our guests are allowed on the premises by prior arrangement with the
owner /if visitors occupy a parking space, the fee is 5 PLN/hour /.
P.S. Due to the notorious drafts in the building, please close the doors quietly.

Check-in starts from 15:00 and ends at 10:00 on the last day of stay.
We put at your disposal rooms with full sanitary facilities (bathroom in each room), equipped with TV.
For our guests we have also prepared a kitchen, where there is a possibility to prepare and eat meals. Kitchen equipment: stove, refrigerator, dishes, tables and chairs.
We provide our guests with a place for barbecue , and motorists free parking space.
From here to the biggest attractions of Ustron Morski is really not far. The center of Ustronie Morskie is only 500m, and there you can find:
*A merry-go-round, carousels, ball pools,
*pubs, restaurants, evening clubs,
*Community center, and in it: cinema, library,
*numerous cafes, bars and fish fryers.
*Beautiful and wide beach at Nadbrzeżna Street with an observation deck and a special exit for motorboats,
*The swimming pools and tennis courts at the "Helios" Sports and Recreation Center.
Important information ! The deposit is non-refundable in case of total or partial cancellation of the stay for any reason. The rest of the amount for the stay is payable on arrival. .
