Apartments in Ustka on Wczasowa Street is a complex of four, modern apartment buildings located in the eastern part of the city. The place is characterized by extraordinary climatic qualities due to the proximity of the forest and the sea . It is one of the most important health resorts in Poland.

The estate is monitored. Nearby is the well-known Grand Lubicz Hotel, where you can use the sauna, swimming pool, tennis court or bowling alley for a fee.

The apartments feature a high standard of furnishings, each with a kitchenette. The property is equipped with an elevator.

A damage deposit of PLN 300 is required upon arrival. Payment is made by credit card. The amount paid should be returned within 14 days of check-out. The entire deposit will be refunded to your credit card account upon inspection of the property.

A mandatory tourist tax of 6.30 PLN/person/day is charged.

IMPORTANT!
For pre-arrival check-in, it is necessary to complete online formalities such as signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental fee (if only a portion has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax and any additional fees chosen by the guest (e.g., parking, staying with a dog).

In selected properties it is possible to enter the apartment with a door code or using a key machine, the code will be provided on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. You will receive information on how to pick up the keys a few days before your arrival. Where key pick-up is done at the local office, please call to arrange key pick-up (at least 24 hours prior to arrival).
