Villa Nad Kalwą is the largest of our 3 houses - it has an area of 100 meters and consists of 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, while on the first floor there is a living room with dining room, kitchen and a second bathroom. Our beach is located 100 meters from the Villa - just a minute's walk away. Amenities in each of the separate cottages include: own sauna and Jacuzzi, terrace with gas grill, garden, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, free WIFI, free parking, washing machine, coffee maker, hair dryer, cleaning products, fire pit, pier. Numerous activities can spice up your stay: boat, pedal boat and kayak are available on site. In addition, for lovers of land activities there will be: stationary bicycles, a beach volleyball court, and in the neighboring resort billiards, bowling and a horse riding area. The surroundings are beautiful, green and typically Masurian - a lake, nearby forests, lots of nature and greenery. We recommend nearby canoeing on picturesque rivers (including the Marózka and Kośna rivers).

The Modern Cottage is a place included in the complex of cottages of the Villa on the Kalwa River. The Modern Cottage and its grounds are an ideal resting area for people who appreciate active relaxation in the surroundings of nature. The Modern Cottage is located close to a private beach - just a minute's walk away. Numerous activities can spice up your stay: you can use a boat, a pedal boat and a kayak on site. In addition, for lovers of land activities there will be: stationary bicycles, playgrounds for team games, and in the neighboring resort , billiards, bowling and a horse riding area. The Modern Cottage is single-level, with a large living room with a sofa bed and three bedrooms with a double bed. A covered terrace will allow you to enjoy meals outdoors. Also at your disposal are a kitchen overlooking the lake, garden, barbecue equipment, washing machine, free WiFi, hair dryer, coffee maker, cleaning products, kettle, pier, free parking.

Cottage Sielski is one of our 3 cottages in the Villa nad Kalwą complex. The cottage has an area of 45m2 and consists of 3 double bedrooms, a living room with a dining room and a kitchen, as well as a bathroom and a toilet. The Idyllic Cottage is an ideal choice for guests who prefer vintage-style relaxation. Just a few steps from the lake :) Sielski Cottage is located in a very charming area away from the hustle and bustle. Just a few meters away is a private beach with access to the lake, which gives you maximum comfort of rest. For our guests we also provide: our own sauna and jacuzzi, barbecue, playgrounds for various sports activities (volleyball, soccer) and water equipment. In the vicinity there are many attractions, such as an indoor swimming pool, billiards, bowling, a horseback riding area, playing fields for team games, and in the further vicinity also paintball and quads in the Bartbo Active Entertainment Park.

There will also be something for gourmets - regional dishes at the nearby Dom pod Kogutem, exceptional Italian pizza at the Family Pizza Truck, the "Cudne Manowce" restaurant located in nearby Olsztyn, as well as local products, i.e. naturally smoked Masurian fish, honey, liquors and country eggs.
