I invite you to rent a detached, detached brick house with a fenced plot of land on the waterfront for exclusive use only by you.
Recreational resort is located in the village Tresta Rządowa at Sulejowski Lagoon about 50 Km from Lodz (Lodz voivodeship), 100 km from Warsaw (accessible by expressway), about 180 km from Katowice, about 200 km from Lublin.
The plot is quite large, nicely landscaped, lots of plantings of conifers, spruces, pines, but at the same time there is a place for sunbathing or playing ball (half the plot in the shade, half in the sun).
The area is all fenced with a tight fence, level, safe, microclimate, beautiful wildlife, peace and quiet.

The plot has at your exclusive disposal a comfortable garden swing with cushions, 2 deck chairs, a large mobile grill, a hammock, a tunnel for smoking. On the terrace there is garden furniture with cushions, a small sofa.
There is also the opportunity to play various moving games, and parking for cars is fenced.

The house is solid, brick, one-story with a covered terrace, with a covered balcony for up to 6 people. It consists of a living room with fireplace (distribution of warm air to all rooms), kitchen ,bathroom with toilet and with two separate bedrooms upstairs (wooden ceiling).
The house is internally refreshed, has partially replaced furnishings, and has been thermally upgraded.

In the living room there is a leather sofa(sofa bed) with armchairs, and in each of the bedrooms upstairs there is a double bed with a luxurious, very comfortable mattress(by Sembella) and a sofa bed.

Pets are accepted for a one-time surcharge of PLN 100.

EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY EQUIPPED(CUTLERY, PLATES, GARKI ) WITH CONVENIENCES,(ELECTRICITY,SEWAGE, WATER FROM THE MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLY) HOT WATER, SHOWER, TV WITH DIGITAL DECODER, LARGE REFRIGERATOR WITH FREEZER, MICROWAVE, ELECTRIC KETTLE, DRIP COFFEE MAKER, GRILL).

In the immediate area huge forests, mushrooms, forest fruits, in the lagoon fish. To the shore of the lagoon in a straight line is about 200 meters of protective belt of beautiful pine forest, which creates a microclimate and an amazing smell. At the lagoon is a beautiful, wide sandy beach, shallow warm water. There is also the possibility of renting sports equipment, a small gastronomy, a bar in the camping area. The price is for the exclusive rental of the entire house with the plot, regardless of the number of people, with the proviso that the maximum number of people is 6.
No more than 6 people are allowed on the property and house without the knowledge of the owner.
The price is for rental for a minimum of 5 nights.

It is also possible to rent for shorter periods such as weekends(2 nights), especially outside the peak summer season.
I do not rent for any organized events.

After the initial reservation by phone, online, or in person, I send the terms of reservation, rules of the house to the email. You must then pay a deposit within 3 business days - failure to pay will result in cancellation of the reservation.
The remainder of the fee must be paid in advance, in cash, on the day of rental, arrival.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the landlord's compliance with the terms and conditions of the reservation and house rules.
The deposit, payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation, early departure by the landlord.
The owner undertakes to book the date, prepare, service and meet the rental date. The deposit will be returned if the rental does not take place through the fault of the owner (emergencies, damage to the house by forces of nature, etc.).
