Preferential prices for weekly rentals for families (Saturday to Saturday).
Parties and smoking are prohibited in the apartment (smoke detectors).

Walking distances:
- 750 m to the Old Town (about 10 min),
- 450 m to the Bus Station,
- 1,7 km to the Arena Torun - Sports and Entertainment Hall,
- 1,7 km to the Modernity Center Młyn Wiedzy (about 25 min walk)
- Good access from the stations: PKP Toruń Główny, PKP Toruń Wschodni.
The apartment consists of a room with a kitchenette (20 m2), a separate bedroom (9 m2) and a bathroom with a toilet.
The apartment of 35 m2 is fully equipped: 2-person bed, sofa bed (2-person), folding chair (ideal for a child), TV, roomy closets, towels and bed linen, Wi-Fi Internet and cable TV (about 140 cable channels), iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, in the kitchenette: electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and pots.
Basic toiletries and cleaning products are available in the apartment.
Coffee and tea are available to guests.
In the tenement on the first floor there is:
- small restaurant "Our Torun" - Tasty dishes at affordable prices, on site and for takeaway,
- hair salon,
- beauty salon,
- Nearby ATM.
Nearby (about 400 m) there are four well-known discount stores.
A short distance away is the torvelo.pl Urban Bicycle station and bus and streetcar stops (about 300-350m).
The modern water park Aquapark Olender in Wielka Nieszawka is 13 km away.
We accept pets (one-time additional fee 30 PLN).

Sample prices for 1 night for a minimum 2-day stay:
2 persons = from 130 PLN (Monday-Friday), from 150 PLN (Friday-Sunday), for the next person the surcharge is 20 PLN.
For longer stays, the price is negotiable. On some dates, prices are subject to change.
Minimum rental period of the apartment 2 nights.
Parties and smoking and tobacco products are prohibited in the apartment.

The apartment revelation, clean, lovely, everything modern, nothing to complain about. There was everything, coffee, tea, tv, iron, well everything you need:) 1km to the center of the old town, location ...Ideal, parking under the block. The owner friendly, great contact.
