The green route Szlak Szczeliniec with a length of 23 km: loop Karłów - Karłów, through Pasterka, Skalne Grzyby, Batorówek, White Rocks.

The trail runs entirely through the Table Mountain National Park.
Red trail - international bicycle trail Rtyne (Czech Republic) - Karłów with a length of 17 km on Polish territory: through Kudowa Słone, Kudowa Czermna, Pstrążna, Droga Stu Zakrętów.
The green route - an international bicycle trail named after T.G. Masaryk, 17 km long on Polish territory: Žd'árky (Czech Republic) - Náchod (Czech Republic), through Pstrążna, Jakubowice, Kudowa-Zdrój, Kudowa Czermna, Kudowa Słone.
Blue trail - an international route of the Table Mountains with a length of 50 km on Polish territory: Translate - Malá Čermná, through Radkow, Wambierzyce, Studzienna, Polanica-Zdrój, Szczytna, Zlotno, Kulin Klodzki, Gołaczów, Dańczów, Kudowa-Zdrój, Czermna.
