Sunny Mountain Apartments - is a new complex of 32 apartments located 1 km from the center, in an extremely quiet and peaceful area. 600 m from the promenade on the Żylica River (the promenade can be walked or biked all the way to the center of Szczyrk). To each apartment belongs 1 parking space. Selected apartments have garages, the rest have parking spaces in front of the building. Access to the apartments uphill, wheel chains required in winter . Next to one of the apartment buildings another one is under construction, for this reason some of the apartments do not have a view of the mountains and noises may come from the construction site.
