Sydonia Apartments are located in a renovated Szczecin tenement house on Malkowskiego Street, with restored wooden floors, exposed red brick, high ceilings, giving a sense of space, ceilings with antique stucco and beautiful wooden doors - all located in a quiet and peaceful tenement house and at the same time in the very center of the city, close to all attractions of Szczecin, restaurants and stores.

The studios are designed for up to 4 people and are divided into:
- A sleeping space with a double bed with a cabinet and bedside lamp,
- A relaxation space with a comfortable and reclining sofa and coffee table, TV with rtv cabinet,
- Dining space, i.e., a kitchenette with a refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, hood, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, equipment in the form of serving dishes, kitchen utensils and cutlery, and a table with four chairs,
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with mirror.

The apartments are additionally equipped with towels, linens, coffee, tea, spices, iron, ironing board and folding laundry dryer, while the common area has a washing machine and also a mop and vacuum cleaner.

There is free wifi access in the apartments and in front of the building there are parking spaces included in the paid parking zone from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
