The idea behind the creation of the "Apartment of Young Art '' is to give guests the opportunity to stay in a unique apartment that is also a Gallery of works of the young generation of Polish artists, but also already very well-known Polish artists. It is here that Aleksandra Klepacka, Aleksandra Osa, Ewa Witkowska, Rafał Gawlik, Gossia Zielaskowska, Agata Padol, Katarzyna Plewa, Marzena Częplińska, Maciej Majewski but also the paintings of Rafał Kostrzewa are exhibited.

The apartment has two balconies with southern exposure. The bedroom with balcony and closet is equipped with Queen size double bed (160cm x 200cm), TV and wall unit. The second bedroom with a Queen double bed (160x200cm), a large closet, a dressing table. The third bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm), a closet and a desk. The windows of these bedrooms face north.

The living room is arranged as a leisure space. There is a fold-out corner sofa with a sleeping function (the area after unfolding is 160x200cm), a table with chairs and a TV set that allows to receive Polish and German terrestrial broadcasts (Netflix platform is also available to our guests). The living room has air conditioning. From the living room you can go out to the balcony.

The apartment has an armchair with a massage function.

The kitchenette is equipped with kitchen utensils for preparing meals: electric kettle, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and hood.

The apartment has two bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and in one of them there is an automatic washing machine.

One free parking space in the garage hall is assigned to the apartment.

Pets are not accepted.

Smoking is prohibited .

Garbage should be segregated.

The apartment is located in the complex Rezydencja Sienkiewicza located in the western part of the resort district. Green, quiet neighborhood, direct proximity to the forest and a short distance to the promenade and the beach (about 300m) are the advantages of the location.

The residence was and is a favorite place to stay for people of culture and art looking for peace, quiet and contact with nature a little away from the hustle and bustle of the Promenade, but close to the favorite graduation towers, the Promenade of Health, which is an alley with benches, playgrounds for children and places of physical activity, a 15-kilometer-long cross-border promenade connecting Swinoujscie with the Cearian spas located on the German side of Usedom Island (Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, Bansin). Excellent location for guests looking for quiet and proximity to nature. It was here that Czeslaw Milosz liked to stay during his stay in Swinoujscie.
