Swinoujscie - a spa town, as beautiful in winter as in summer. Here you are not bored even when it rains. We invite you all year round to the newly renovated spacious apartment in which thanks to the high rooms and good air circulation fantastic rest. It is possible to accommodate up to 8 people.
The apartment is located in a beautiful old building on Paderewskiego Street on the 2nd floor. It consists of a spacious living room with access to the balcony with two double comfortable sofas, closet, large chest of drawers, folding table, bench ; hallway with closet stocked with complete beach equipment, iron, ironing board ; a bedroom with a wide double bed, bedside tables, closet and chest of drawers; a room combined with a kitchenette in which we have a double corner sofa, refrigerator, four-burner electric stove with oven, microwave oven, coffee maker; a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Two rooms have televisions and free internet access.
We provide a set of bed linens , a set of towels basic cleaning products and liquid for disinfection of hands and surfaces.
In order to ensure proper conditions for arriving guests, smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

- parking in front of the building for a fee, or in the underground garage next to the apartment also for a fee

- Beach equipment (screen, umbrella, blanket, deck chairs on wheels),
- Ironing board and iron,

- Stays of less than 7 days are associated with an additional cleaning fee of 170 PLN,
- acceptance of animals by prior arrangement with additional fee ( 40 zl per dog/day up to 12 kg weight )
- The possibility of storing bicycles in the basement.
RESERVATION
Price for rental in low season 250 zł ( from Monday-Friday ) ; 300 zł ( from Friday-Sunday ) a day. In high season / May 560 zł per day, holidays / New Year's Eve 600 zł per day for renting the apartment for up to 4 people ( above 4 people the price increases ).
Check-in begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure. For guests arriving early and leaving by evening train, the possibility of storing luggage.
Reservations are considered confirmed after the transfer of a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount for the stay.
Rental in low season for a minimum of 2 nights in high season for a minimum of 7 days.
On the day of arrival, a deposit of 400 PLN is collected to cover any costs for damage caused, it is returned on the day of departure in the absence of damage in full.

We felt like we were at home, not like we were in a wy ...rented room. The location is sensational - everything you need for life is at hand: stores, restaurants and most importantly, the beach within walking distance. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Always smiling, she was happy to answer our questions and made sure we didn't miss anything. It was this attitude that made our stay so successful. We will definitely be back!

Cozy apartment, clean, neat, warm, located in a quiet neighborhood, everything at hand: grocery store, vegetable store, restaurant, park, parking, etc. To the promenade, beach walking 10 mi ...n. Well equipped, including coffee, tea and basic chemicals (if someone forgot to take their own). Mrs. Innkeeper smug, invaluable person, explained to us at the beginning of our stay what, where and how (plus a map of Swinoujscie with attractions). Everything went according to the arrangements. The price was attractive. I recommend wholeheartedly. We will certainly return there.

If I wanted to complain about anything I would just have to lie. Everything was great. The apartment is very large, well decorated and equipped. Fully functional kitchen, comfortable bed ...The heat, plenty of space. What even strikes you from the entrance is the cleanliness and condition of the whole (as if a general renovation had been done the day before!). There is Wi-Fi and there are up to two TVs if someone likes to watch. Right next door is a park so there is no problem to walk the dog in the morning or evening. Moreover, the owner is not only very nice but SUPER helpful; she guided us practically the whole way to the place, suggesting which way to go, how to get to the ferry as soon as possible and where to park, and even though we were extremely stubborn and got lost every now and then - the lady was very kind and understanding all the time :) On the spot we received precise instructions on what to visit in Swinoujscie and its surroundings, in what places to eat and many other useful tips and advice ;) I recommend with a clear conscience! If I will have the opportunity to spend vacations in Swinoujscie again, then for sure the first call for reservations will be to "Swinoujscie - Agata Apartments".

Our stay was short but thanks to Ms. Agata, who both expedited us the first day ...The apartment is located next to a beautiful park and at the same time is close to the promenade and the beach. Hello - at the beginning of August 2018 I spent a really successful family vacation , and not only thanks to the wonderful weather but also , and perhaps especially thanks to the apartment in which I was accommodated ...rowany "Apartments u Agaty ". It is an apartment in a quiet residential area of Swinoujscie in the vicinity of the park where there is a playground for children and at the same time close to the promenade and the prettiest beach on the Baltic Sea.Returning to the apartment is really tastefully decorated with all the necessary equipment both in the kitchen and on the beach (sun loungers screen, etc.) The apartment is clean. The owner is a very nice person, who at the very beginning welcomed us with champagne, briefly but succinctly pointed out places worth visiting. The apartment described, I can confidently recommend to anyone, I personally will certainly be back and can not wait for the next vacation. Having never been in Swinoujscie, it was difficult for us to choose accommodation and a particular street, the owner of the apartment already on the phone ( calling to inquire about the date) turned out to be super-sympathetic, sincere and helpful ...n person. She helped us get to the apartment, directed us to the ferry, advised what we should visit and where the best place to eat. Spacious apartment decorated with taste and neat , fully equipped, a big plus is the balcony. The apartment is fantastic, not only does it look very nice and neat but it is also spacious and comfortable and most importantly, very clean, 0 rupees, dust, etc. things. Until you want to ...Would love to stay longer... It has all the things that are necessary in the kitchen, from pots, knives, pans, microwave to even a toaster. The balcony is just as well taken care of, until it would be a pity not to take advantage and sit down in the morning and drink hot tea ;). The house is full of leaflets that say what to visit, the owner herself also states what is worth visiting and where to walk, the apartment also has its own games that the kids can play if they don't have anything to do (which I doubt ;) ). It's not far to the beach ( about 7 min and you can start sunbathing), and the same to the promenade. The apartment is also located in a nice and smug neighborhood with 2 very nice and well-kept parks and with lots of stores. The lady who is the owner is a very nice and friendly woman, you can ask about everything as well as even talk normally. Still at the very end, as a welcome we get champagne, which is also, of course, very good as the apartment itself :) I highly recommend, and greetings.
