We have 3 rooms for 2-3 people and two apartments with their own kitchenette for 4 and 2 people. All rooms have their own comfortable bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen available to all guests in the corridor. We provide deck chairs and screens for guests, so you don't have to bother packing them.
The location of our villa is ideal! Right next to the new promenade and fountain, and a minute to the beach (according to Google satellites - 200 meters). Since we are in the middle of the Seaside District nearby you will easily find restaurants and cafeterias of holiday homes. Right next to the store Społem, Zabka and a stall with delicious fruit just around the corner. To the city center 800 m straight as an arrow along Matejki Street, and on the way there is a park, tennis courts and my favorite ice cream. There is a bicycle rental service at our cottage!

Shell is a wonderful place where we spent unforgettable moments. The house is run in an exemplary way, everything is clean and smells fresh. We stayed in an apartment for 4 people and did not have ...We the slightest reservations. Everything that is written in the description or is highlighted in the photos turned out to be true. Spacious and very bright rooms, the kitchen equipped with virtually everything, and the bathroom clean and neat. The neighborhood is probably the most beautiful part of Swinoujscie, recently renovated and moodily lit at night. It is quiet and, despite the close proximity to the resorts, quite quiet. To the promenade and to the beach by walk is literally a moment, just walk to the next street. The owner is super-sympathetic, very hospitable and non-confrontational. If we ever come back to Swinoujscie again it will definitely be to the Shell as well. We have since recommended it to family, friends and anyone who would like to have a pleasant vacation at the sea.
