The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by greenery near the Spa Park. It is an excellent place for family recreation, among other things due to the availability of a playground in the area adjacent to the apartment and numerous bicycle paths and pedestrian paths away from the street. In the immediate vicinity is the INTERFERION hotel, where you can enjoy the swimming pool and spa.
The modern building has an elevator. The large balcony faces east with a view of the fountain and the park.
We provide our guests with a fully equipped studio apartment of 30 m2 with a kitchenette, having, among other things, a pressure coffee maker, a microwave with a grill and a washing machine.
