The cottage is located on a hill among meadows, forests, beautiful panoramic views of the mountains in the Śnieżnik Massif.
It is located on the road from Stronie Slaskie to Sienna in Stronie Wie¶ /the Black Mountain winter sports center/. In the vicinity of the cottage is a lot of various tourist attractions / for example, the Bear Cave in Kletno, a beautiful swimming area on the lagoon Stara Morawa/. In Stronie Slaskie there are quite a few markets /Biedronka, Polo, Dino/, a sports center with a hall and indoor swimming pool, a museum of minerals, crystal glass factory Violetta. In winter there are ski lifts nearby / Czarna Góra, Kamienica, Bolesławów, Lądek Zdrój/.
