About the facility

I will rent an independent, furnished and equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a 4-storey block of apartments with an elevator with an area of 34m2

The property is located in quiet and charming Kamienny Potok district . To the sea 15 minutes walk

The apartment has a balcony overlooking the greenery.

Premises:

Bedroom with double bed and closet.

-A room with access to the balcony, 2-seater sofa bed, table with chairs and chest of drawers with TV
- Kitchen with appliances: refrigerator, stove with oven, pots, pans, plates, cutlery...etc.
- Bathroom with shower stall,
- Hallway with closet

Bed linen, towels toiletries, hair dryer, iron, also Internet and Netflix at guests' disposal

Bicycles are available by prior arrangement.

- The uniqueness of the location: peace and quiet, morning and evening birdsong and at the same time proximity to stores and pharmacy and public transport (bus, SKM). To the sea by walking 15 minutes

The apartment is available from July 2023.
