Our facilities have a RECOMMENDATION "STODIAW" Association of Owners of Holiday Homes and Apartments

At your disposal we offer comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people:

  • 2 rooms with a double bed on top (160 cm wide)
  • 2 folding double beds
  • Double sofa bed in the living room, double sofa bed in the living room,
  • kitchen - refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, kettle, dishes, cutlery - in a word, full equipment
  • spas - 6x2 meter swimming pool, Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi (which you can use without any restrictions)
  • relax - Leather lounge set with table, kitchen table with bench, lighting disco equipment, 42' TV, Cyfra+, Sony home theater (DVD, MP3, radio...).

HOUSE LAYOUT:

  • MAIN FLOOR: Living room with fully equipped kitchen, lighting disco equipment, bathroom with shower, automatic washing machine, exit to the terrace.
  • UPPER FLOOR: Two bedrooms with double beds, a lounge with two 2-person sofa beds and a bathroom with a bathtub.
  • LOWER FLOOR: Finnish sauna, two-bed Jacuzzi, toilet.
  • OUTSIDE: Pool, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, grounds of 500m2, stylish wooden well, fenced parking space for 2 cars (additional cars can stand next to the fence - it is 100% safe)

SKI LIFTS IN THE AREA:

  • Zwardoń - slopes of Rachowiec about 10 km
  • Salt and Rycerka Górna (near holiday resorts); in the upper part of the Danielek valley; on the slope of Maly Grojec near Zywiec; in the valley of Cięcinka on the slope of Abrahamow, the nearest ski lift only about 3 km (Lysica - length and elevation difference: 350/85 m)
  • Istebna - about 15 km
  • Vistula - about 20 km
  • Zabnica - in the upper part of the village;
  • Ujsoły - by the road to Złatna, on the slope of Kubiesowka;
  • Sopotnia Wielka - in the upper part of the village;
  • Korbielów (slopes of Pilsko) - a large ski station with a system of many ski lifts and slopes;
  • Zawoja - 4 lifts (2 in the Forks area, in Forks on the slope of Kolisty Groń and near Mosorny);
  • Sucha Beskidzka - Zasepnica.

    • It is also close to many great slopes located in Slovakia, the nearest crossing is about 4 km.
    Many ski resorts across the Slovakian border only 5 km from the house!

    Deposit upon reservation
    Is the basis for confirmation of the reservation. It amounts to 30% of the reservation value and is payable in advance after the host confirms availability. You will pay the remaining amount7 days prior to arrival at the facility.
    Cancellation of reservation
    Free cancellation of the reservation before payment of the deposit. After payment of the deposit, the cancellation fee is 30% of the cost of the stay.

    NOTES
    1 Weekend - Friday through Sunday.
    (2) We do not provide wood for the fireplace, you can bring it with you or purchase it on site.
    3. heating is on a coal stove, the stove is fired up by us and we provide coal, the customer then adds to the stove as needed.
    4 The customer shall pay an additional service charge billed according to the consumption of electricity during the use of the house during the stay in the amount of 1zł/1kwh.
    5 There are no additional fees for the use of the sauna and Jacuzzi.
    6 The house is rented for a minimum of 2 nights (except for special offers - according to the price list).
    7. check-in begins at 18.00 and ends at 12.00 (on departure days, when no new customer arrives by arrangement with the person taking care of the house you can, of course, stay longer)
    8 We charge a mandatory deposit payable to an account in the amount of PLN 1,000, refundable after a maximum of two days to the account when no damage or destruction has occurred.
    9. We do not accept bookings that begin or end on Saturdays.
    10.Upon receipt of the rental agreement, the customer is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the value of the reservation, the rest is paid one month before arrival. If the customer makes a reservation 40 days before arrival then he is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value.
    11. discount vouchers can be used on the date of your choice (in the year they are valid), excluding dates on which promotional or last minute prices apply.
    12 Prices are subject to change. Changes do not apply to reservations already made.

      Exceptional!

      If you are wondering whether to choose this cottage for your dream stay in the mountains then don't hesitate. Go! :) Comfortable interiors, a very well-equipped kitchen and, above all, wonderful surroundings ...e. Pool well maintained. Swimming and jumping into the water is a must. We were in 8 people, so for such a number of people is completely enough. Greetings to Mrs. Basia! :)
