The house lies on a 15-acre fenced plot with a parking space on the property.

Storey house
On the first floor, three bedrooms.
-Bedroom 1- double bed 140x200 , single bed
90x200 ,closet
-Bedroom #2- double bed 140x200 , bed
single 90x200 , closet

-Bedroom No. 3- double bed 140x200 ,closet, folding armchair
-Bathroom with bathtub .Washer/dryer

On the first floor :
-Open kitchen (comprehensively equipped with necessary appliances
i.e. fridge,kettle,microwave
ceramic hob,toaster,dishwasher and
necessary utensils)

- Dining Room
- Living room with fireplace and sofa bed (possible extra bed
additional two beds)
- Bathroom with shower and sauna
-Bedroom #4 with a double sofa bed, and
dresser.

At the disposal of our guests also a crib for a baby and a highchair for feeding .
The house is heated with wood and in addition there is an electric heater in each room. Outside the house there is a covered terrace,barbecue,playground for children.

The house lies in the buffer zone of the Slovinski National Park,this area recognized by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve.
