A year-round house in a very quiet neighborhood. Inside, on the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, a large dressing room and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

The house surrounds a secluded garden with a fire pit, swings for children and parking space for two cars.

The sea can be reached by one of the many passages on South Street. It is located across from the exit and runs almost in a straight line to the sea (300 m).

The store is located 200m away.

The cottage is fully equipped. On colder evenings you can use the fireplace.
