INFORMATION - ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
Arrival must be on the agreed date between 4pm and 8pm.
The cottage must be vacated by 12:00 pm on the last day of the stay. The customer must allow our
Staff to inspect the maintenance condition of the cottage. When leaving the cottage, it should be left in a state of
neat - take out the garbage, remove the bedding, defrost and wipe down the refrigerator, empty the closet and cabinets, wash the dishes,
Clean up the kitchen corner.
Upon arrival for check-in, the identity documents of all persons who will be
occupied the cottage.
In the event of a delayed arrival, the customer must notify the resort immediately. Otherwise
The resort will only keep the cottage until 10 pm, after which it will try to rent it to third parties.
Complaints regarding the condition of the cottage, its cleanliness and equipment must be made within 24 hours of the
arrival. Any subsequent damage and shortages are the responsibility of the Client as the lessee.
It is forbidden to have more people in the cottage than the maximum number indicated in the terms and conditions allows
reservations. In this case, children, regardless of age are also considered adults.
Please do not consider mattress covers, comforters and pillows as bed linen.
The management of the resort, in case the customer already checked in leaves the cottage earlier than agreed
term ? except in the documented case of force majeure ? charges for the entire booked
period, except in cases of negligence on the part of the center.
Guests are required to carefully observe the Rules and Regulations of the Resort . In particular, to observe
Generally accepted rules of tenant coexistence, relating primarily to quiet hours
Afternoons and nights. Guests during these hours should eliminate the hustle and bustle and nuisance to others.
Guests are obliged to take maximum care of the cottage (walls, windows, floors, doors) for its equipment
(tableware, refrigerator, stove, thermos, etc.) and furnishings (closets, beds, tables, chairs, etc.).
You are invited to take the equipment of the houses from the gardens and terraces to the interior, for the time when the house
remains unattended.
It is forbidden to use your own stoves and electric stoves, as well as air-conditioning units.
We would like to kindly inform you that the personnel authorized by the Resort Management may enter the cottages in order to
carry out necessary repairs and maintenance, including during the absence of tenants.
The canteen serves a selection of meals at its discretion. Canteen meals are redeemed by
widget or on the day of check-in.
The resort reserves the right, in case of unforeseen circumstances in the assignment of a cottage, to
swap for another of similar standard. Any higher costs resulting from the price difference will be in this
case covered by the Center.
Customer requests regarding the location of the cottage (number, location, view) will be taken into consideration during the
reservations, but the Center does not guarantee their fulfillment.
Description of equipment and furnishings of cottages, may exceptionally be subject to change.
By accepting the booking document, the customer automatically becomes the subject of the rights and obligations under the
