REWA is a small but very charming village with excellent tourist qualities. It is located in the Kosakowo municipality in the Pomorskie Voivodeship. A distinctive feature of Rewa is the Rewa Spit, also called Rewa promontory, because it is actually a sandy promontory that reaches a length of almost one kilometer and its width at the base reaches 50 meters. It looks like a beautiful natural pier, and seagulls are most fond of it. An interesting phenomenon is that the Rewska Spit separates the Gulf of Gdansk from the Gulf of Puck. Apparently, there are many more such sandy embankments hidden in the area, which can be observed at lower water levels.

Rewa is a great place to relax, especially for those who spend their free time actively. Windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts are most fond of this place, but also those who enjoy hiking or biking. And for those who want more excitement, Rewa also has something to offer, as 3 wrecks have been found on the bottom in its vicinity, which is an amazing treat for amateurs of the deep.

- Szperk - It is a very interesting coastal form, stretching all the way to the Hel Peninsula. Thanks to the shoals, wild boars roam and swim to the Hel Spit. The shallows sometimes emerge from the water, forming periodic islands. Once a year there is a so-called "herring march," a march along the shoal from Rewa to Kuźnica.

- National Avenue of Distinguished Seafarers - Each year, three plaques commemorating distinguished seafarers are erected.

- Nature reserves - Mechelinskie Łąki Nature Reserve, where an area of salt meadows, rushes, dunes and a sanctuary for waterfowl is protected. Among the most valuable species of flora found in the reserve are sea myrtle and stands of saltmarsh. The second of the reserves is the Beka bird sanctuary covering the rushes of the Reda estuary, salt meadows and dune formations.

During the summer season, there are plenty of big events taking place throughout the area of both Rewa and the entire Tri-City.

However, it is worth remembering to follow some valuable tips, namely that after getting out of the water, which should be entered gradually, thoroughly rinse the entire body, including hair, with a shower. This is because sea salt and the minerals in the water in high concentrations dehydrate the skin.

Staying by the Baltic Sea is a great option for those wishing to shed unwanted pounds. Although we do not like cold water, we must know that thanks to it the metabolism is accelerated, so the blood begins to circulate faster, thanks to which we are able to shed unwanted weight more easily.

Walk in waves to improve leg fitness

Cool sea water perfectly massages the feet, tones the nervous and circulatory systems, constricts blood vessels. Such a walk is recommended for people with varicose veins. Salt water makes the walls of the veins more flexible and helps pump blood to the upper parts of the body. Let's first soak our legs up to the ankles and walk, then run at a shallow depth. While resting, let's submerge our legs up to our knees and walk this way for a few minutes. Finally, a foot-warming walk on warm sand will be useful.

The sea and allergies

Due to the fact that the wind blows from the sea, the air here is very clean and free of allergens. This makes the sea especially recommended for allergy sufferers. The best time for walking is in the morning and on windy days and after storms. This is also when the air is cleanest and richest in sea spray.

On such a day, you can arrange a 5-10 minute bath consisting of a gradual immersion of the body, so that during the bath you rub the thighs and abdomen with water, as well as the arms and chest. After getting out of the cool water, dry yourself thoroughly and put on warm clothes.

REWA ist ein kleiner, aber sehr charmanter Ort mit ausgezeichneten touristischen Eigenschaften. Es befindet sich auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Kosakowo in der Woiwodschaft. Pommern. Ein charakteristisches Element von Rewa ist Mierzeja Rewska, auch Rewski Cyple genannt, weil es sich eigentlich um einen Sandhaufen handelt, der fast einen Kilometer lang ist und an seinem Ansatz 50 m breit ist. Es sieht aus wie ein wunderschöner natürlicher Pier, und die Möwen mochten ihn am meisten. Ein interessantes Phänomen ist, dass Mierzeja Rewska die Danziger Bucht von der Pukka Bucht trennt. Es wird gesagt, dass in diesem Gebiet noch viel mehr solcher Sanddämme verborgen sind, die man bei niedrigeren Wasserständen beobachten kann.

- Juwel - Dies ist eine sehr interessante Küstenform, die sich bis zur Helischen Halbinsel erstreckt. Dank der Mühlen wandern und treiben Wildschweine nach Helska Meerenge. Manchmal tauchen sie aus dem Wasser auf und bilden periodische Inselchen. Einmal im Jahr findet der sogenannte "Heringsmarsch" statt, d. h. eine Wanderung durch die Melone von Rewy nach Kuźnica.
- Polnische Allee der Verdienten Meeresmenschen - Jedes Jahr werden drei Tafeln zu Ehren der Verdienten Meeresmenschen eingemauert.
- Naturreservate - Naturreservat Mechelińskie Łąki, wo das Gebiet von Salzwiesen, Schuwaren, Dünen und Wasservögeln geschützt ist.
